국문 초록

이 연구는 신중년 세대 중 여성의 개인적 특성 및 사회적 특성에 따른 노후 준비의 차이를 이해하는 것이다. 또 이를 토대로 성공적 노후인식이라는 변수의 역할을 탐색하고자 한다. 먼저, 자녀에 대한 책임이나, 노후준비, 신중년의 안정된 삶에 대한 책임 등은 세대별 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 세대에 대한 구분 및 경계가 주요하게 작용하고 있지 않다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 개인의 노년기에 대한 준비는 노년기의 여유로운 생활을 보장할 뿐만 아니라 삶의 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 이는 우리나라가 서구선진국처럼 사회적 차원에서 노후 경제생활을 위한 사회보장 제도가 마련되어 있지 않기 때문이다. 이는 노후의 책임이 개인에 집중되는 현상이 이를 말하고 있다. 마지막으로, 신중년 태도 중 정서적 특징에 대한 회귀계수를 보면 연령, 학력, 노화준비, 노화에 대한 태도, 성공적 노화요인 중 일상의 안녕, 목표지향적인 삶, 사회적 지지 모두 영향이 있다. 경제적 특징에 대한 회귀계수에서도 학력과 노화에 대한 태도를 제외하고 연령, 학력, 노화준비, 성공적 노화요인 중 일상의 안녕, 목표지향적인 삶, 사회적 지지 모두 영향관계가 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the difference in retirement preparation according to the personal and social characteristics of women during the new middle-aged generation. Based on this, we will explore the role of the variable of successful old age recognition. First, no generational differences were found, such as responsibility for children, preparation for retirement, and responsibility for a stable life in prudent years. This result implies that the divisions and boundaries for generations do not play a major role. Second, preparations for old age not only guarantee a relaxed life in old age, but also have a direct impact on life satisfaction. This is because Korea does not have a social security system for retirement economic life like western developed countries. This refers to the phenomenon that the responsibility of old age is concentrated on the individual. Finally, regression coefficients for emotional characteristics in attitudes during prudence affect age, education, aging, attitudes toward aging, and daily well-being, goal-oriented life, and social support among successful aging factors. The regression coefficients for economic characteristics also showed that age, education, aging preparation, and successful well-being factors, such as daily well-being, goal-oriented life, and social support, were all related, except for education and attitude toward aging.
