법원보안관리대원의 직업정체성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 첫째, 법원보안관리대원의 직업정체성 패러다임 모형을 도출하고 둘째, 법원보안관리대원의 직업정체성 형성 단계를 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 현장 경험이 풍부한 현직 법원보안관리대원으로서 총 7명으로 구성되었으며, 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 면담자료는 Nvivo 12 Pro, 근거이론을 사용하여 첫째, 법원보안관리대원의 직업정체성에서 나타난 개념은 총 210개이며, 이것은 32개의 하위범주, 14개의 범주가 도출되었다. 이를 패러다임 모형으로 분석한 결과, ‘법원보안관리대원 업무’, ‘스트레스 상황’, ‘사명감 자각’이 중심현상으로 도출되었다. 인과적 조건은 ‘전문성’, ‘불안함’이며, 맥락적 조건은 ‘조직여건’, ‘교육지원’, 중재적 조건으로는 ‘직업윤리’, ‘직업 가치관’이 도출되었다. 작용/상호작용 전략은 ‘어려움 극복’, ‘직무향상’, ‘인간관계’가 도출되었다. 그 결과 ‘자부심’, ‘발전기대’가 도출되었다. 둘째, 법원보안관리대원의 직업정체성 형성 단계는 자각관 혼란의 단계, 현실 인식 단계, 긍정적 선택 단계, 성장과 발전 단계이다. 선택코딩의 핵심범주는 ‘어려운 조직 환경 속에서도 자부심을 지닌 전문직 법원보안관리대원으로 자리매김하기’가 도출되었다.

영문 초록

This study aims first, to deduce a paradigm model for the occupational identity of court security officials and second, to reveal the formative stages of the occupational identity of court security officials. Research participants were 7 currently working court security officials experienced in the field and data was collected through in-depth interviews. Collected interview material was analyzed using Nvivo 12 Pro and grounded theory and the number of concepts appearing in the occupational identity of court security officials was 210, and these were deduced into 32 subcategories and 14 categories. After analyzing this with a paradigm model, the central phenomena of ‘court security official duties’, ‘stress situations’, and ‘an awareness of a sense of duty’ were deduced. Causal conditions were ‘professionalism‘ and ‘anxiety’, contextual conditions were ‘organizational conditions’ and ‘education support’, and mediating conditions were ‘professional ethics’ and ‘occupational values’. For action/interaction strategies, ‘overcoming difficulties’, ‘job improvement’, and ‘interpersonal relationships’ were deduced. As a result, ‘pride’ and ‘expectations of growth’ were deduced. Second, the formative stages of the occupational identity of court security officials included the self-awareness and confusion stage, the reality awareness stage, the positive choice stage, and the growth and development stage. The core category of selective coding was deduced to be ‘taking position as a specialized court security official with pride even in difficult organizational environments.’
