민간경비업체 사회공헌활동의 필요성 탐색

국문 초록

이 연구는 민간경비업체의 사회공헌활동의 필요성을 탐색하는데 목적을 두고 이루어졌다. 예비조사 단계에서는 전문가들을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하여 연구문제를 명확히 하기 위하 주요 항목을 탐색하였으며 본조사에서는 예비 조사에서 탐색된 주요어를 중심으로 개방형 설문 중심으로 연구 참여자 개별 조사 또는 집단면담 조사 등을 병행하여 델파이 기법을 활용함으로써 민간경비업체의 사회공헌 활동의 필요성을 개념적으로 규명 할 수 있었다. 민간경비업체의 사회공헌활동은 내부적으로 기업 내 구성원의 결속력을 높이고 직무에 대한 긍정적인 사고와 행동을 조장하는 주요 기재로 활용될 수 있으므로 민간경비업체의 조직적 사회공헌활동과 함께 종사원 스스로 개별적인 사회공헌활동도 독려하는 체계를 만드는 것이 효과적일 수 있다는 전문가의 의견을 수렴하였다. 그리고 외부적으로 민간경비업체의 잠재적 고객이 존재하는 지역사회에서 긍정적 이미지를 창출 할 수 있으며 유료 경호경비를 수행하는 업체들의 고비용 자효가에 대한 편견과 진입장벽을 감소시킨다는 측면에서 사회공헌 활동을 적극적으로 실시할 필요가 있다고 의견을 수렴하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the need for social contribution activities of private security companies. In the preliminary investigation stage, the main items were searched to clarify research problems by conducting in-depth interviews with experts. In this study, the main survey found in the preliminary survey was centered on open questionnaires, By using Delphi technique, we could conceptualize the necessity of social contribution activities of private security companies. Since social contribution activities of private security companies can be used internally as a key information for enhancing the solidarity of members in the company and promoting positive thinking and action for their duties, employees are expected to contribute to social contribution activities We have gathered expert opinions that it would be effective to create a system that encourages activities. In addition, it is possible to create a positive image in the community where potential customers of private security companies exist, and it is necessary to positively engage in social contribution activities in terms of reducing prejudices and barriers to entry of high- As well as the need to conduct the survey.
