국문 초록

본 연구는 교직이론 과목인「교육평가」수업을 사례 분석하여 개선하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연구자가 E사범대학 및 교직과정 학생들을 대상으로 3학기 동안 직접「교육평가」수업을 실시하고, 학생들의 성취도 및 강의 평가 결과를 분석하였다. 3학기 동안 교재, 강의계획서, 성취도 검사지, 강의 평가 문항이 동일하였다. 1학기 강의 평가 결과를 반영하여 2학기 강의에서 예를 많이 들어 보다 쉽게 강의를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 학기가 거듭될수록 학생들의 성취도가 향상되었다. 1학기에서 성취도가 낮은(B학점) 학생들의 강의 평가 점수가 낮게 나타났으나, 2학기에서는 매우 높아졌다. 강의 평가 점수 1, 2학기별 비교에서 성취도가 높은(A학점) 학생들의 점수는 차이가 없었으나, 낮은(B학점) 학생들의 점수에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 수업자는 학생들의 성취 수준에 따른 강의 평가 결과를 분석하여 학생들의 수준에 맞는 수업을 실시할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze and improve instruction of the subject 「educational evaluation」. For this purpose, the researcher conducted 「educational evaluation」 classes for 3 semesters at E University and analyzed the results of students achievement and lecture evaluations. During the three semesters, the textbook, lecture plan, achievement test, and lecture evaluation items were the same. He got the feedback on the results of the first semester lecture, and lectured more easily in the second semester lecture with many examples. As a result of the study, the students achievement improved as the semester progressed. Students with low achievement(grade B) in the first semester showed a low score in the lecture but in the second semester it was very high. There were no significant differences in the scores of students with high credit scores (grade A) and significant differences those of low students(grade B). This study suggests that the instructor needs to analyze the results of the lecture evaluation according to the achievement level of the students and to make the class appropriate to the level of the students.
