블랜디드 러닝에 기반한 아동수학지도 e-러닝 강좌를 수강한 예비유아교사의 경험

국문 초록

본 연구는 e-러닝 (1시수) 과 면대면 교육(2시수) 으로 운영하는 아동수학지도 강좌를 수강한 예비유아교사 6인의 경험에 대한 연구이다. 연구를 위한 자료는 2017년 8월 28일에서 2018년 02월 26일까지 인터뷰 서술식 질문지 학습기록 학습저널을 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 블랜디드 러닝에 기반한 아동수학지도 e-러닝 강좌를 수강한 예비유아교사는 1)실현 가능한 교육관 형성하기, 2) 현장 사례 동영상 e-러닝 콘텐츠를 통한 쉬운 이해, 3) 자기주도적인 학습을 하게 하는 학습기록, 4)사고하며 배우는 학습저널을 경험하였다. 또한 예비유아교사에게 e-러닝 강좌에 대한 교수자의 과제 피드백은 1) 학습 열정 피어오르기, 2) 길잡이 안내로 이해 지평 넓히기, 3) 궁금증 해소하기, 4) 학습방법 격려받기의 경험이 되었다. 본 연구는 전공과 과목의 특성을 반영한 블랜디드 러닝 운영에 대한 하나의 방향을 제시하는데 있다.

영문 초록

This study was to explore the meaning of six pre-service teachers experience, who took a blended learning class to teach mathematics for early childhood; one hour for e-learning and two hours for face-to-face. The materials were collected through in-depth interviews, descriptive questionnaire, learning records, and reflective journals from Aug. 28, 2017 to Feb. 26, 2018. The finding of the study were as follows. Through the e-learning class, the teachers experienced first, development of their practical ideas on education. Second, easy understanding with case-study video clip contents. Third, constant learning record for self-directed study. Fourth, keeping reflective journals for deep thoughts. The feedback to the teachers from professors played significant roles as well; First, getting more passionate about learning. Second, trying a broad understanding with study guidelines. Third, solving questions. Forth, supportive encouragement for learning methods. This study suggests a direction for blended learning operation that reflects characteristics of major and subject.
