유아교사의 교수몰입과 행복플로리시의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 교수몰입이 행복플로리시에 영향을 미치는 과정에 서 회복탄력성의 조절효과를 알아보기 위하여 유아교사 366명을 대상으로 설문조사 를 실시하였다. 유아교사의 교수몰입을 측정하기 위해서는 송주연(2014)의 척도를, 행복플로리시를 측정하기 위해서는 Bulter과 Kern(2014)의 척도를, 유아교사의 회복 탄력성을 살펴보기 위하여 김주환(2011)이 개발한 성인용 회복탄력성(KRQ-53)를 사용하였다. 첫째, 유아교사의 교수몰입, 회복탄력성 정도는 보통 이상인 것으로 나 타났으며 행복플로리시는 다소 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교수몰 입, 행복플로리시, 회복탄력성은 서로 정적 상관이 있었으며 셋째, 유아교사의 교수 몰입과 행복플로리시의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 유사조절변수로 작용하는 것으로 나 타났다. 행복플로리시 하위요인 중 회복탄력성이 긍정적 정서, 긍정적 관계, 삶의 만 족도에서 조절변수로 작용하였으나 몰입, 의미, 성취에서는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating role of the resilience of early childhood teachers in relation to the influence of their flourishing on teaching flow. 365 early childhood teachers in Busan, Ulsan and South Gyeongsang province were the subjects in this study. The data were analyzed by hierarchical regression using the SPSS program. As a result, the level of awareness about their own teaching flow, flourishing, resilience was above average. Second, there were significant positive correlations among teaching flow and flourishing, teaching flow and resilience, flourishing and resilience. Finally, the resilience of the early childhood teachers was found to have a moderation effect on the relationship between their teaching flow and flourishing. The findings of this studies are expected to suggest how to promote the flourishing of early childhood teachers.
