영문 초록

As tourist farms, which attract noticeably low interest from government, have gained own managerial skills for a long time, we can now find many successful cases. This study developed diagnostic indices of management for tourist farms according to size of influence by selecting 5~10 practical items in managerial sense, which affect managerial outcomes, for managerial improvement of tourist farms. Type Ⅰ Quantitative Theory is used for this study. 5 upper items each from 10 diagnostic categories according to the size of influence are selected to constitute 5-point indices. Hence, total 50 items are 250 points in total. Because these are managerial diagnostic indices, which should preferentially be managed in business administration, it is considered that these will be a great help to improvement in management of tourist farms.
