국문 초록

本論文は、『蜻蛉日記』の著者道綱母が数回の参拝旅行を通して、死と関連した世界を経験し、そこから新たなエネルギを得て帰ってきた過程をいくつかの端緒を中心に考察してみようと思う。例えば、石山詣での際のさくな谷は、冥界の入り口とされていたし、宇治は‘この世の果て’と言われ、当時の人にとって死の空間として認識されていた。それに加え、日記の上巻、母の死の時の記述には、死んだ人に会えると言われる‘みみらく伝承’について述べている。このような死と関連した民間信仰への関心やその地での体験は、初瀬詣でや石山詣でで見られる流麗な文章となり、『蜻蛉日記』に神秘感と共に、生き生きとした生動感を与えている。結局、道綱母は異界での体験によって、自分自身を省み、自我の覚醒と自分の生に対する新しい覚悟を持つ契機としたと思われる。その結果、『蜻蛉日記』は自照性の豊富な作品に完成され、後の『源氏物語』にまで影響を与えたと思う。 道綱母は夫兼家とうまく行かない結婚生活のため苦しんだが、その苦しみを死の世界への好奇心という文学的感受性に転換させ、自ら救いの道を開いたと思われる。そして、『蜻蛉日記』はそのような救いの過程を見せてくれる作品に他ならないと思う。

영문 초록

Michitsunanohaha experiences the different world getting out of the daily life through pilgrimages several times. The new experiences in space out the capital awake her spirit world which lead to a literary sensibility of the world. She drops by Valley of Sakuna and Uji on the way of pilgrimage to Hatsuse, visits places which related to death in her pilgrimages of Ishyama. She also has the interest on the oral tradition of Mimiraku which meets the deceased after her mother's death. Thus, her visit of the bridges of Uji and Seta, and the valley of Sakuna, leads to nature imagery and harmony delicate and fluent sentences like the pilgrimage to Hatsuse and Ishyama, as a result, they inspired mystery and liveliness into 『Diary of Gagero』as a role. In the result, the new experiences in the different world let Michitsunanohaha’s arousal and ego reflect on her life and have a new mind. It can do that, laying the groundwork for creating the contemplative world of diary.
