국문 초록

본 연구는 베이비부머 장애인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 노후준비여부를 중심으로 분석한 것이다. 베이비부머 장애인의 인적자본에 해당하는 학력, 수급여부, 수입, 취업여부, 주택소유여부, 자격증소유여부, 컴퓨터 활용능력, 영어능력, 대인관계능력, 노후준비여부가 주요변수이고, 성별, 종교, 혼인상태, 장애등급, 만성질환여부, 도움필요여부를 통제변수로 하여, 종속변수인 베이비부머 장애인의 삶의 만족과의 관계를 고찰하였다. 조사대상은 6차 장애인고용패널조사(PSED)에 참여한 베이비부머에 해당하는 1955년~1963년생 1,227명이었다. 연구방법은 주요변수의 특성을 파악하기 위해 기술분석과 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, 베이비부머 장애인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 베이비부머 장애인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 통제변수에서는 성별, 혼인상태, 만성질환여부였으며, 독립변수에서는 수입, 취업여부, 컴퓨터 활용능력, 대인관계능력, 노후준비여부가 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 노후준비 여부에 따른 독립변수와 종속변수의 관계는 유의미한 변수에서 차이가 있었다. 이 결과로, 베이비부머 장애인이 노후준비에 적절하게 대응하기 위해서 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 개인요인과 인적자본요인을 모두 포괄하는 정책적, 실천적 방안모색이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The following study aims to analyze the effects of influencing factors of the life satisfaction for disabled baby boomers and particularly focusing on preparation for the old age. Belonging to human capitals on academics, NBLB (National Basic Livelihood Security Benefit), income, employment status, homeownership, qualification, computer ability skills, English ability, interpersonal relation skill, preparing for the old age were regarded as independent variables. Having control over characteristics of socio-demographic and impairment related information, the study was to examine the effects of independent variables on life satisfaction for the disabled baby boomers as a dependent variable. The key data used in the study are the sixth Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled done by Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. A survey of 1,227 disabled people born form 1955 to 1963 is used to ensure a reliable analysis. As for the method of research, descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and Multiple regression analysis were influencing factors of life satisfaction for disabled baby boomers. As a result of examination, the major influencing factors in life satisfaction are sex, marital status, and chronic disease as control variables, and income, employment status, computer ability skills, interpersonal relation skill and preparation of old age are independent variables. In accordance to the results of this study, the strategies of policy and practice in social welfare for the disabled baby boomers can be suggested to include all that factors between individual factors and human capitals factors, increasing the life satisfaction.
