국문 초록

본고는 전통문화유산에서 한국적 행위예술의 요소를 발견하고 이의 활용을 통해 오늘날 미술교육에서의 효용을 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다 우리 민족의 사고방식‘ 기질，정서 , 사상 등 정신적 산물을 확인할 수 있는 것으로서 민속극， 민속놀이 , 종교의례 속행위 등을 말할 수 있다 이 것들은 현대미술에서 종합 예술적 성격을 띠고 있는 행위예술의 방법으로 전통문화예술 교육과 통합교육 측 면에서 활용이 가능하다. 민속극의 예술성을 문학，미술，무용，음악의 복합적 형태로 구분하여 종합예술로서 행위예술적 성격을 조명하고，민속놀이를 연희적 놀이， 제의적 놀이 ， 생업과 관련된 놀이 등으로 구분하여 그 행위 요소를 통한 교육이 가능하다. 또 종교의례 속 행위에서 인간의 기복적 심리와 삶과 죽음에 대한 민족적 정서를 발견하고 현대 사회를 살아가는 학습자들에게 전통문화유산의 의미와 가치를 교육하며， 이들이 지닌 행위의 자율성，대중성，공공성， 일상성 등 본질적 특성을 행위예술 표현에 활용할 수 있다. 이러한 것들을 중심으로 한 미술교육 효용을 말하면 첫째， 창의·인성교육으로서의 효용， 둘째, 문화시대 향유와 문화유산 전승으로서의 효용， 셋째， 통합교육 실천 등이 있다. 전통문화예술의 교육을 통해 가치와 우수성을 발견하고 문화시대를 살아가는 학습자들에게 문화 정체성과 우리 전통문화에 대한 자긍심을 심어줄 수 있다. 전통문화유산 교육은 과거의 문화로 머무는 것이 아니라 현재의 삶을 가치 있게 하고 미래를 준비하기 위한 능력을 갖춰 나가는데 중요한 것이 될 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper lies in finding a component of performance art in the Korean cultural heritage and shining a light on the usefulness of it in the contemporary art education setting. Examples. within the Korean heritage. with a character of performance art that illustrate elements of traditional attitude. character, sentiments. and philosophy include performances in folk drama. folk playas well as in religious rituals. Such examples can be utilized as comprehensive expressions of art in the contemporary art setting within the context of the education of traditional cultural heritage as well as in integrated education. The element of performance art within folk plays can be emphasized through examining the components of literature. art. dance and music. while folk plays can be useful in teaching theatricals of performance nature. suggestive nature. and finally of occupational nature. Additionally. the performance art aspect of religious rituals can give meanings and values to the Korean traditional heritage through demonstrating the emotional nature of human minds as well as the traditional attitudes towards the simple matters of life and death. These acts also offer familiarity to the public. solicit public interest and are of everyday life: therefore. such fundamental characteristics can be applied to expressions of performance arts easily. The emphasis on the performance art components within the general Korean heritage has three different branches of benefits. Firstly. it teaches creativity and traditional virtues. Secondly. it facilitates the transmission of traditional culture. Lastly. it exemplifies integrated education. Education of intangible culture heritage as mentioned above can enlighten the value and excellence of Korean traditional culture. and establish the cultural character and pride to people living today. Teaching cultural heritage will equip people of today with values. and as well will function as preparation for a meaningful future.
