국문 초록

  생리활성에 근거하여 Hepatostolonophora paucistipula로부터 주생성물로서 (-) -ent-arbus culin B(1)를 분리하였다. 생리활성물질(1)은 두피곰팡이균인 Trichophyton mentagrophytes ATCC 28185(2㎜ inhibition zone at 15 ㎍/disk)에 대하여 증식억제 효과를 관찰할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

  Bioactivity directed isolation has led to the isolation of (-)-ent-arbusculin B (1) as the major active compound from Hepatostolonophora paucistipula. This compound (1) inhibited the growth of the dermatophytic fungus Trichophyton mentagrophytes ATCC 28185, (2 ㎜ inhibition zone at 15 ㎍/disk).
