현장 교사가 살펴본 새로운 교육과정

국문 초록

  교육인적자원부에서 최종 고시한 <국어과 교육과정>을 수준의 계열성, 영역 체제 구분, 영역별 검토의 세 가지 묶음으로 학문 연구자로서가 아니라 현장 교사의 입장에서 살펴보았다.
  집을 짓는 과정에서 설계도에 해당하는 교육과정은 교과서 제작에 바로 영향을 미치기 때문에 ‘재미있고 내용이 알찬 국어수업’을 만들려고 노력하는 국어교사들은 교육과정에 관심을 가져야 한다.
  국어과 교육과정은 문학과 문법 지식을 내용의 가로축으로, 말하기, 듣기, 읽기, 쓰기, 매체를 활동 형식의 세로축으로 서로 연결하면서 통합 구성하는 것이 더 효과적이고 바람직하다. 이러한 통합 교육과정 형식을 기본 바탕으로 하여 각 영역의 지식 내용을 아이들의 발달 단계에 맞춰 수준의 위계를 체계화하는 것이 절실하다. 바람직한 교육과정은 학문 연구자와 현장 교사들이 서로 협력하여 풀어야 이루어질 수 있다.

영문 초록

  Not as a researcher, but as a teacher who is teaching in an education site, I have been studying the new course of Korean language and literature notified by Ministry of Education and Human Resources. This research has been made in three fields such as systemization of content levels, classification of field system, and review over each field of Korean language.
  Since the course of study that plays a role as a blueprint when designing buildings is supposed to directly affect the course of producing schoolbooks, all Korean language teachers are required to have interest in joining the study course of Korean language in order to make their classes more interesting and substantial.
  It will be more desirable and effective to make up a total formation placing literature and grammar knowledge on the horizontal axis called "contents" and media such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing on the vertical axis called "activity fields" and then connecting such things with consistency. On the basis of these integrated education courses, the systemization of content levels according to students" development steps is necessarily required.
  It will be desirable that new education courses be made up in cooperation with both researchers who study academically and teachers who apply it to their practical fields.
