영문 초록

The aim of this study is to clarify the character of mind and method of moral culture in Chen-kun-jeon(天君傳). According to this aim, to study Dong Kang Kim Woo Ong's Chen-kun-jeon(天君傳), I focused on the characteristic of human mind and principle of human mind. And I researched the meaning of 「Chen-kun-jeon(天君傳)」, in the context of character of mind and method of moral culture. The background of Chen-kun-jeon(天君傳) is rooted in Nam Myung's Sin-myung-sa-do(神明舍圖). Nam Myung's Sin-myung-sa-do(神明舍圖) is emphasize of Kyung(敬)-Euy(義). Therefore the important point of Chen -kun-jeon(天君傳) and Sin-myung-sa-do(神明舍圖) are the idea of Kyung and Euy. We can say that the essential idea of Nam Myung's school is mastery and practice of Kyung and Euy. Because Nam Myung valued much of Kyung and Euy. In the aspect of educational and method of moral culture, Chen-kun-jeon(天君傳) is valued practice of Kyung and Euy. Kyung and Euy was the basis of the inner cultivation and outer in the field of education. Kyung is related to the education honesty, sincerity, purity, and brightness. Therefore Kyung is the basis of cultivating our outer behavior right and proper. We keep our mind bright and right by Kyung controlling our mind. Euy is related to the education of cognition and practice. Man's cognition and practice have much to do with the outer world of us. So Euy is the way of pursuing the proper relation between the outer world and us.
