국문 초록

본 연구는 예비교사들이 학교폭력 예방과 인성교육에 필요한 실천적 역량을 함양할 수 있도록 교직 소양 과목인 「학교폭력 예방 및 학생의 이해」에 사회정서학습(SEL)을 기반으로 한 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하는 프로젝트 기반 학습(Project Based Learning: PBL) 수업모형을 설계하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 수업모형은 예비교사들이 중학교 2학년을 대상으로 가상의 교육청에 프로그램을 제안하는 프로젝트를 수행하며, 실제적 문제 해결과 협력적 탐구를 통해 창의적 문제해결력, 협업 능력, 의사소통 능력 등을 함양할 수 있도록 구성되었다. 설계에는 ADDIE모형과 PBL의 핵심 요소를 적용하여 체계적인 학습 흐름과 평가체계를 마련하였으며, 교수자, 동료, 외부 전문가에 의한 다차원적 평가와 자기성찰 보고서를 포함시켜 학습자의 참여도와 책임감을 높이고 학습 몰입을 촉진하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 설계 및 개발 단계에 초점을 두었으며, 향후 실제 수업 적용과 효과성 분석을 통해 모형의 타당성과 실효성을 검증할 필요가 있음을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to design a Project-Based Learning (PBL) model for the course “Prevention of School Violence and Understanding of Students” to help pre-service teachers develop practical competencies in school violence prevention and character education. The proposed instructional model incorporates principles of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and engages pre-service teachers in designing a character education program for second-year middle school students, which they present as a proposal to a simulated local education office. Through this process, participants cultivate creative problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills by addressing real-world issues through cooperative inquiry. The model was systematically developed using the ADDIE framework and key elements of PBL, with a structured learning flow and multi-dimensional evaluation system. To enhance learner engagement and responsibility, evaluations were conducted by instructors, peers, and external experts, and a self-reflection report was incorporated to foster learning immersion. Focusing on the design and development stages, this study suggests the need for future research to apply the model in actual educational settings and evaluate its effectiveness and validity.
