회복적생활교육 인권향상프로그램이 통합학급 장애 및 비장애 초등학생의 학교폭력인식 및 장애인권감수성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 저학년 통합학급에서 회복적생활교육을 기반으로 한 인권향상프로그램을 개발하고, 해당 프로그램이 장애 및 비장애 학생들의 학교폭력인식과 장애인권감수성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. U시 소재 공립 A초등학교 초등 2학년 통합학급에서 단일집단 사전-사후 실험설계를 적용하여, 회복적생활교육 인권향상프로그램 실시 전과 후의 인식 변화 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한지 대응표본 t-검정으로 살펴보았다. 연구에 참여한 전체 학생은 장애학생 1명을 포함한 총 23명이며, 연구를 위해 총 10회기(20차시)의 회복적생활교육 인권향상프로그램을 보편적 학습설계 요소를 반영하여 개발·적용하였다. 학교폭력인식 검사와 장애인권감수성 검사를 활용하여 실험집단에 사전-사후 점수 변화의 차이를 비교한 결과, 인권향상프로그램 실행 후 장애학생과 비장애 학생들 모두 학교폭력인식 검사의 하위요소인 학교폭력 허용적 분위기, 학교폭력 태도 및 행동, 학교폭력 대처능력 영역과 장애인권감수성 검사의 하위요소인 상황지각능력, 결과지각능력, 책임지각능력에서 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 회복적생활교육 인권향상프로그램이 장애학생과 비장애 학생 모두의 학교폭력인식과 장애인권감수성 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 주요 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구 및 교육의 실제에 대한 시사점과 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a human rights improvement program based on restorative life education in a inclusive class of the lower grades of elementary school, and to investigate the effect of the program on school violence awareness and sensitivity of rights for persons with disabilities. By applying the one group pre-post experimental design in a inclusive class of the second grade of public S Elementary School located in U city, we examined whether the differences in perception before and after the implementation of the program was statistically significant through a dependent sample t-test. A total of 23 students, including a student with disabilities, participated in the study, and a total of 10 sessions (20 lessons) were developed and applied by reflecting elements of universal design for learning. After the implementation of the program, both students with and without disabilities showed significant improvement in the school violence permissive atmosphere, school violence attitude and behavior, which are sub-factors of the school violence awareness test, and situation perception ability, outcome perception ability, and responsibility ability, which are sub-factors of the school violence response ability test. Based on the main results that the program has a positive effect on both the perception of school violence and the sensitivity of rights for persons with disabilities, the implications and suggestions for future research and educational practice were discussed.
