국문 초록

본 연구는 요양보호사의 의사소통능력이 소진에 미치는 영향에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국 요양보호사를 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 활용하였다. 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 437부를 최종 분석자료로 사용하였다. 자료분석을위해 빈도분석과 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석 및 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 Hayes(2013)의PROCESS macro를 실시하였다. 연구의 주요 결과 첫째, 요양보호사의 의사소통능력은 소진 및 직무스트레스와의 관계는부(-)적인 관계이며, 요양보호사의 소진과 직무스트레스의 관계는 정(+)적인 관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 의사소통능력은 직무스트레스를 매개로 소진에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 요양보호사의 소진을 감소시키고 요양서비스의 질적 서비스 향상을위한 실증적 기초 자료를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study is to verify the mediating effect of job stress in the effect of nursing care workers’ communication ability on burnout. To this end, a structured questionnaire was used for nursing care workers nationwide. A self-written questionnaire was conducted, and 437 copies were used as the final analysis data. Hayes (2013)’ PROCESS macro was conducted to verify frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and mediating effects for data analysis. The main results of the study showed that first, the relationship between burnout and job stress of nursing care workers was a negative (-) relationship, and the relationship between burnout and job stress of nursing care workers was a positive (+) relationship. Second, the communication ability of nursing care workers influenced burnout through job stress. Based on these findings, empirical basic data were presented to reduce burnout of nursing care workers and improve the quality of nursing services.
