국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 미술치료사의 One-Canvas 반응미술 경험을 내러티브로 탐구하고 분석하는 것이다. 이에 ‘미술치료사는 One-Canvas 반응미술에서 어떠한 경험을 하는가?’, ‘One-Canvas 반응미술의 경험은 미술치료사의 성장에 어떤 의미를 구성하는가’라는 연구 퍼즐을 설정하였고, 내러티브적으로 탐구하고 기술하였다. 연구의 참여자는, One-Canvas 반응미술의 경험내용과 이를 통한 성장과 의미를 가장 잘 탐구할 수 있는 미술치료사로서 연구자 자신으로 선정하였다. 반응미술 작업은 2024년 3월 7일부터 5월 16일까지 8회기의 내담자용 미술치료 세션 후에 실시하였으며, 총 12개의 반응미술 사진과 글쓰기, 일지, 메모의 현장텍스트가 수집되었다. 연구텍스트는 내러티브적으로 탐구되고 분석되었으며, 4개의 의미를 형성하였고, 이를 토대로 세 가지 결론을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, One-Canvas가 저장소로 활용되었을 때, 치료사의 성장과 성찰이 가능하였다. 둘째, One-Canvas 반응미술 작업 중에는 창조적인 모티브를 제공하고 증폭시키는 일이 일어난다. 셋째, One-Canvas 반응미술의 3단계 프로세스는 정신화와 통합에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored and analyzed the One-Canvas response art experience of an art therapist narratively. Accordingly, the research asked, ‘What kind of experience does the art therapist have in One-Canvas response art?’ and ‘What meaning does the experience of One-Canvas response art constitute for the growth of the art therapist?’ and narratively answered these the questions. The researcher as the art therapist, who could best explore the content of its experience and the growth and meaning through it. The study conducted the response art work after eight art therapy sessions for clients from March 7 to May 16, 2024, and collected 12 response art photos and field texts of writings, journals, and memos. Then, the researcher explored and analyzed them narratively, forming four meanings, and three conclusions based on them. The conclusion of this study was as follows. First, when One-Canvas was used as a repository, it showed the therapist’s growth and reflection. Second, during the One-Canvas response artworking, the therapy provided and amplified creative motifs. Third, the three-stage process of One-Canvas response art directly affected mentalization and integration. Based on these research results, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
