교육복지사가 인식한 ADHD 아동 사례관리의 치료적 요인에 대한 개념도 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 교육복지사들이 인식하는 ADHD 아동 사례관리의 치료적 요인에 대해 탐색하고자 개념도(Concept Mapping) 방법을 사용하였다. 이를 위해 10인의 교육복지사들을 대상으로 하여 자료를 수집하였고, 이를 바탕으로 50개의 최종 진술문을 추출하였다. 이후 연구 참여자들이 유사성 분류와 중요도를 평정하였고, 본 자료를 바탕으로 다차원척도법과 계층적 군집분석을 실시하여 교육복지사들이 인식하고 있는 ADHD 아동 사례관리 치료적 요인의 개념적 구조를 시각적 자료로 나타내었다. 연구 결과, 차원은 ‘개입 전략-협력 전략’과 ‘아동에 대한 지원-부모에 대한 지원’의 2차원으로, 군집은 군집1 ‘아동에 대한 교육복지사의 지원’, 군집2 ‘아동에 대한 학교의 지원’, 군집3 ‘협력적 지지체계망 구축’, 군집4 ‘아동에 대한 부모의 이해와 수용’, 군집 5 ‘교육복지사의 전문적 자질’의 5개로 산출되었다. 중요도 평정결과 군집3 ‘협력적 지지체계망 구축’을 가장 중요하게 인식하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 ADHD 아동 사례관리의 치료적 요인들은 향후 ADHD 아동 사례관리의 기초연구자료와 현장에서 적용 가능한 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대하며, 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점과 함의에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study used the conceptual mapping method to explore the therapeutic factors of ADHD children's case management recognized by School Social Workers. To this end, data were collected from 10 School Social Workers, and 50 final statements were extracted based on this. After that, the study participants evaluated the classification and importance of similarity, and based on this data, a multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis were conducted to represent the conceptual structure of the therapeutic factors of ADHD children's case management recognized by School Social Workers in visual form. As a result of the study, the structure was explained by two dimensions of 'intervention strategy-cooperation strategy' and 'support for children-support for parents'. The clusters were identified as follows cluster 1 'support from School Social Workers for children', cluster 2 'support from schools for children', cluster 3 'establishment of a cooperative support network', cluster 4 'parent understanding and acceptance of children', and cluster 5 'professional qualities of School Social Workers'. According to the importance rating, cluster 3 'establishment of a cooperative support network' was recognized as the most important. The therapeutic factors identified in this study are expected to serve as foundational research data and practical guidelines for field application. The study concludes with a discussion of its limitations and implications.
