청소년 상담자의 수퍼비전 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년 상담 수퍼비전을 받은 수퍼바이지의 경험을 이해하고 구체적으로 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 청소년 상담사 11명을 대상으로 반구조화 질문지를 사용하여 심층인터뷰를 시행하였다. 면접내용 자료를 주요 개념과 범주로 유목화하는 주제 분석 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 원자료에서 37개의 구성된 의미를 도출하였고, 30개의 주제와, 13개의 주제 모음, 그리고 5개의 범주를 도출하였다. 분석결과 (1) 수퍼비전에 대한 기대 및 선입견, (2) 수퍼비전 긍정적 경험, (3) 수퍼비전 부정적 경험, (4) 수퍼비전 후속 영향, (5) 청소년 상담 수퍼비전에서 중요한 내용을 중심으로 기술하였다. 청소년 상담사의 수퍼비전 경험을 중심으로 연구결과를 논의하고 청소년 상담 현장에서 필요한 연구의 의의와 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구를 위해 제안을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore and deepen the understanding of the supervision experiences of youth counselors engaged in adolescent counseling. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 11 youth counselors using a semi-structured interview guide. The interview data were analyzed through thematic analysis, resulting in the identification of 37 constructed meanings, which were further distilled into 30 themes, 13 theme clusters, and 5 overarching categories. The findings were organized into five key areas: (1) expectations and preconceptions about supervision, (2) positive experiences in supervision, (3) negative experiences in supervision, (4) post-supervision influences, and (5) essential elements of adolescent counseling supervision. These results were discussed in relation to the specific supervision experiences of youth counselors, underscoring the study’s significance in the field of adolescent counseling practice. The study also presents its limitations and offers recommendations for future research.
