국문 초록

이 연구는 인사 및 교육 분야 조직진단 방법론으로서 네트워크 분석의 적용 가능성과 효과성을 탐구하였다. 전통적인 조직진단 방법의 한계를 극복하기 위해, 네트워크 분석이 조직 내 복잡한 상호작용과 관계 구조를 이해하는 데 어떻게 기여할 수 있는지 살펴보았다. 연구는 네트워크 분석의 이론적 기반과 다양한 접근 방식을 검토하고, 실제 조직진단 사례를 통해 그 적용 방법과 결과를 분석하였다. 특히 개념 구조체계적 접근, 묘사 및 분석적 접근, 통계적 접근 등 세 가지 관점에서 네트워크 분석의 적용 사례를 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 네트워크 분석이 조직 내 정보 흐름, 협업 구조, 비공식적 관계 등을 파악하는 데 유용함을 확인하였다. 또한 동태적 네트워크 분석의 필요성과 복잡계 이론을 반영한 분석 방법의 중요성을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 네트워크 분석이 조직진단의 효과적인 도구로 활용될 수 있음을 보여주었으며, 실무 적용을 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study explores the applicability and effectiveness of network analysis as an organizational diagnostic methodology. It examines how network analysis can contribute to understanding the complex interactions and relationship structures within organizations in order to overcome the limitations of traditional organizational diagnostic methods. The research examines the theoretical foundations and different approaches of network analysis, and analyses its application and results through real organizational diagnosis cases. In particular, it presents examples of network analysis applications from three perspectives: conceptual and structural, descriptive and analytical, and statistical. The results of the study confirm the usefulness of network analysis in identifying information flows, collaboration structures, and informal relationships within organizations. The study also suggests the need for dynamic network analysis and the importance of analysis methods that reflect complex system theory. In conclusion, this study shows that network analysis can be used as an effective tool for organizational diagnosis and provides concrete suggestions for practical application.
