탈북민 대학생의 E-Learning과 멘토링을 통한 디딤돌 프로그램의 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 탈북민 대학생들의 자활ㆍ자립을 위한 성공적인 정착과 사회통합 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 탈북민 대학생들 스스로가 상호 간 노력을 기울여 협력적ㆍ협업적 체계를 만들고 이를 통해 스스로를 ‘디딤돌’로 재생산할 수 있는 메커니즘을 실험ㆍ연구하였다. 이러한실험ㆍ연구는 한편으로는 E-Learning을 통해 탈북민 학생들의 시범적인 그룹들을 만드는 실험으로 진행하였고, 다른 한편으로는 이 그룹 내에 멘토링(mentoring) 체계를 가동하여 탈북민 대학생들의 자기-재생산 모델을 구축하는 실험으로 진행하였다. 실험 연구의 결과, E-Learning을 접목한 멘토링 체계와 방법을 통하여 탈북민 대학생들의 학업-직업-정착에서매우 긍정적인 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이를 종합하여 ‘디딤돌 프로그램’으로개발하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

This study sought to develop a comprehensive program to foster the successful settlement and social integration of North Korean defector university students by enhancing their self-sufficiency and independence. This study explored the mechanism through which these students could cultivate a collaborative and cooperative framework, allowing them to serve as “stepping stones” for one another in their adaptation and growth. This experimental study was conducted using two primary approaches. First, it in volved the establishment of pilot groups of North Korean defector students utilizing e-learning as a foundational platform. Second, a structured mentoring system was im plemented within these groups to facilitate the development of a self-sustaining, peer- driven support model. The findings revealed that the integration of mentoring systems with e-learning had significantly positive effects on students‘ academic pursuits, career pathways, and overall resettlement experiences. Based on these insights, this research aimed to synthesize these elements into a structured and comprehensive initiative, ulti mately conceptualized as the “Stepping Stone program.
