국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제가 사회불안에 미치는 영향 속에서 자기비난이 매개효과를 가지는지, 그리고 매개된 심리적 통제와 사회불안 사이의 관계에서 상위기분이매개된 조절효과를 가지는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 343명을 대상으로 설문조사를실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 Process Macro를 사용하여 매개효과, 조절효과, 조절된매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와사회불안 사이의 관계가 자기비난을 통해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자기비난과 사회불안 간의 관계를 상위기분이 조절하는 것으로 나타났고, 자기비난을 매개로 한 대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 사회불안 사이의 관계는 상위기분 수준에 의해 영향을 받는 조절된 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 부모의 심리적 통제가 대학생의 사회불안에 미치는 경로를 구체적으로 규명하였으며, 사회불안을 감소시키는 데 상위기분이 중요한역할을 할 수 있음을 시사하여 대학생들의 사회불안 완화를 위한 효과적인 개입 방안을 제안하는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigated whether self-criticism mediated the effect of parental psycho logical control on the social anxiety of college students, Additionally, we examined whether meta-mood has a mediating or moderating effect on the relationship between mediated psychological control and social anxiety. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 343 college students. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and the SPSS Process Macro, and the mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation effects were tested. The results indicated that the relationship between parental psychological control and college students’ perceived social anxiety was mediated by self-criticism. Specifically, the media ting effect of self-criticism on the relationship between parental psychological control and social anxiety was moderated by meta-mood, demonstrating a moderated mediation effect. The results of this study specifically identified the path of parental psychological control and its effect on college students‘ social anxiety; these significant findings suggest that meta-mood can play an important role in reducing social anxiety and that effective inter vention measures to alleviate social anxiety among college students are recommended.
