국문 초록

본 연구는 국민의 주거환경이 주관적 행복감을 매개하여 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 구조적으로 분석하고, 이러한 관계에서 대인 신뢰와 사회참여의 삼원 조절-매개효과를 검증하는것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 자료는 국회미래연구원이 수행한 2023년 한국인의 행복조사 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구 대상은 전국 성인 16,305명이다. 가설 검증을 위해 AMOS 경로분석과Hayes(2017)의 Process Macro Model 11을 적용하여 주요 변인 간의 직접효과와 매개효과를분석하고, 연구모형의 적합성을 평가하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국민의 주거환경은 삶의 만족도와 주관적 행복감에 정적인(+) 영향이 있었다. 둘째, 주거환경과 삶의 만족도간 관계에서 주관적 행복감은 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 셋째, 주거환경이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 대인 신뢰와 사회참여는 조절효과가 있었다. 마지막으로 주거환경이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 대인 신뢰와 사회참여는 삼원 상호작용 효과가 있었고, 이를 통해 주거환경이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서도 삼원 조절-매개효과가 있었다. 시사점으로 본 연구는 국민의 주거환경이 주관적 행복감을 매개하여 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 대인 신뢰와 사회참여의 삼원 조절-매개효과를 검증함으로써 이론적 확장에 기여하였으며, 정책 수립 시 신뢰와 참여를 강화하는 다차원적 접근의 필요성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study structurally analyzed the effect of an individuals residential environment on their life satisfaction when mediated by subjective well-being. It also aimed to verify the three-way moderated mediation effect of interpersonal trust and social participation in this relationship. Data for this study were collected from the 2023 Korean Happiness Survey, conducted by the National Assembly Futures Institute and 16,305 respondents. The hy potheses were tested using AMOS path analysis and Hayes (2017) process Macro Model 11. The findings of the study showed that First, residential environment had a positive (+) effect on both life satisfaction and subjective well-being. Second, subjective well-being partially mediated the relationship between residential environment and life satisfaction. Third, interpersonal trust and social participation moderated the effect of the residential environment on subjective well-being. Fourth, a three-way interaction effect was observed between residential environment, interpersonal trust, and social participation on subjective well-being. This interaction further demonstrated a three-way moderated mediation effect on the relationship between the residential environment and life satisfaction. This study contributes to the theoretical expansion of the research area by verifying the three-way moderated mediation effect of interpersonal trust and social participation on the relation ship between the residential environment, subjective well-being, and life satisfaction. These findings also emphasize the importance of a multidimensional approach that enhan ces trust and participation when formulating policies, and provide valuable insights for im proving national life satisfaction.
