숲교육에 대한 수업나눔 사례연구: 행복숲모임 세 숲선생님을 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구는 숲교육 수업나눔이라는 주제를 담고 있다. 수업나눔은 숲선생님들의 자기 이해를 위해 숲교육 영상을 보고 함께 이야기를 나눈 활동이다. 숲선생님들이 자신의 수업영상을 동료교사와 함께 보면서 이야기를 나누었던 활동이 어떤 의미가 있는지 살펴보고자 했다. 연구목적을 위해 숲교육의 모습을 촬영하고, 수업나눔의 모습을 촬영하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 지속적으로 검토하며 분석하였다. 분석결과를 재구성하면서 연구결과를 발견하게 되었으며, 분석결과에 대한 해석을 통해 숲교육 연구에서의 의미를 기술하였다. 숲교육 수업나눔을 이해할 때, 수업나눔의 양상은 공유, 갈등, 절충으로 이해하였으며, 수업나눔에서 드러난 세 가지 숲교육의 공통점은 참가자를 존중하는 것으로 정리되었다. 차이점은 몸-머리-가슴의 통합을 숲교육의 지향으로 바라볼 때 중점을 두는 것이 다른 것을 발견했다. 수업나눔의 결과 세 숲선생님이 생각하는 숲교육은 농부형 숲교육, 어부형 숲교육, 안내자형 숲교육으로 정리하였다. 수업나눔을 통해 숲선생님은 자신의 숲교육을 이해할 수 있었으며, 동료 숲선생님의 숲교육을 함께 보면서 서로의 이해를 확장할 수 있었다. 숲교육 수업나눔을 통해 이전보다 숲교육을 구체적으로 이해하게 되는 것은 숲교육에 있어 중요하다. 실제를 자세히 바라보는 일은 지금의 숲교육을 이해하게 하며, 이를 통해 숲교육의 앞날을 그려볼 수 있다. 이 연구가 숲교육다운 숲교육을 모색하는 바탕이 될 수 있기를 기대한다. This study contains the theme of sharing forest education lessons. Lesson-sharing is an activity wherein forest teachers share videos of their teaching process and how it is shared with other teachers. It was attempted to discover the significance of lesson-sharing that the forest teachers talked about while showing their lesson videos to their fellow teachers. For the purpose of the study, the forest education lessons were recorded and data was collected through lesson-sharing. The collected data was continuously analyzed. The result of the analysis was reconstructed, and the results are as follows. When understanding forest education class sharing, the aspects of lesson-sharing are understood as sharing, conflict, and compromise. Three forest education videos have similarities and differences. The teacher’s self-reflections identified three types of forest education aspects: farmer, fisher, and guide. The difference is that focusing on the integration of the body-head-mind as an orientation for forest education is different. Through lesson-sharing, the teachers are able to understand their forest education and extend their understanding. It is important for forest educators to understand concrete forest education better than before through forest education lesson-sharing. Looking at the details will help in understanding the current forest education, which will allow us to draw its future. It is hoped that this study will be a basis for better understanding of forest education.
