대학생의 심리적 자본과 사회적 지지가 진로관여행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 충청권역에 소재 중인 대학의 재학생 263명의 응답자료를 활용하여 심리적 자본과 사회적 지지가 진로관여행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 SPSS 27.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 심리적 자본은 진로관여행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이는 대학생의 진로관여행동를 촉진함에 있어 심리적 자본이 중요한 선행요인임을 의미한다. 또한, 사회적 지지는 진로관여행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이는 대학생이 높은 사회적 지지를 경험할수록 진로관여행동를 활발하게 하는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 통해 심리적 자본과 사회적 지지가 진로관여행동의 주요한 선행변인임을 확인하고, 이를 근거로 대학생의 진로개발을 지원하기 위해 심리적 자본을 향상시키고, 사회적 지지를 지각할 수 있도록 돕는 다양한 지원 방안의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of psychological capital and social support on career involvement behavior using response data from 263 university students located in the Chungcheong area. Descriptive statistics, a correlation analysis, and a hierarchical multiple regression analysis were conducted and the results were assessed using SPSS 27.0. The findings showed that psychological capital had a positive effect on career involvement behavior, meaning that psychological capital is an important prerequisite for promoting career involvement behavior in college students. In addition, social support had a positive effect on career involvement behavior, initiating that when college students experience greater social support, their career involvement behavior becomes more active. Through these results, it was confirmed that psychological capital and social support are the main antecedent variables affecting career involvement behavior. Based on this, the necessity of various support measures was proposed to improve psychological capital and help college students perceive social support more clearly to support their career development.
