유아의 감사성향과 회복탄력성과의 관계에서 인성의 매개효과

국문 초록

이 연구는 유아의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 예측변인으로 유아의 감사성향과 인성을 설정하여 이들 간의 관계를 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 만 5세 유아 302명을 대상으로 유아의 회복탄력성, 감사성향, 인성 척도를 사용하여 조사하였다. 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 왜도, 첨도, 기술통계, 빈도분석, 상관관계, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 유아의 감사성향은 유아의 회복탄력성에 직접적 영향을 미치지 않았고, 유아의 인성은 유아의 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 유아의 감사성향은 유아의 인성을 매개로 하여 유아의 회복탄력성에 간접효과를 미치며, 부트스트래핑을 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 검증한 결과 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of young children's character on the relationship between grateful disposition and resilience. To this end, 302 young children aged 5 years were surveyed using young children's resilience, grateful disposition, and character as measures. For the data analysis, the SPSS 23.0 program was used to calculate the mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, descriptive statistics, analysis of frequency, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis. The structural equation model was validated using the AMOS 23.0 program to determine the casual relationship of the three factors. The findings of this study were as follows. First, young children’s grateful disposition tended not to have a direct effect on young children’s resilience, and young children’s character had a significant effect on children’s resilience. Second, young children’s grateful disposition tends to have an indirect effect on young children’s resilience by mediating young children’s character, and the mediating effect was found to be significant as a result of validating the significance of the mediating effect by the bootstrapping method.
