초임교사의 만 2세 영아 놀이지원 역량 향상을 위한 협력적 실행연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 만 2세 영아 놀이지원에 대한 문제를 인식하고 있는 초임교사와 연구자가 협력하여 효율적인 영아 놀이지원 방안을 모색하고 교사의 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구기간은 2022년 4월 1일부터 9월 15일까지이며, D시에 소재한 G어린이집의 만 2세 영아 5명과 담임교사의 참여로 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 교사가 경험하는 어려움과 현재 상황을 인식하는 것에서 시작하여 효율적인 만 2세 영아 놀이지원 방안을 모색 및 선정하고 실행하였다. 1차 실행에서 놀이하고 싶은 공간으로 만들기, 2차 실행에서 영아의 놀이를 지속시키는 상호작용하기, 3차 실행에서 영아의 일상을 놀이로 물들이기 방안이다. 이를 통해 교사는 영아의 유능함과 기다림의 가치를 깨닫게 되었으며 영아 놀이지원에 더욱 다양한 방법을 시도하며 영아교사로서, 놀이지원자로서의 역량을 증진해 나갔다. 본 연구의 결과는 초임교사들에게 영아 놀이 지원을 위한 구체적인 방안과 사례를 제공하였으며, 교사교육의 방법으로서 협력적 실행연구가 효과적임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The aim of this was to explore efficient support for toddlers’ play and examine changes in the teacher and five 2-year-old toddlers through collaborative implementation. This study was conducted from April 1, 2022 to September 15, 2022. The implementation process of this study started with recognizing the difficulties of the teacher and the current situation, seeking, selecting, and implementing efficient support for 2-year-old toddlers’ play. In the first run, it is the process of making a space where the toddlers want to play, interacting to continue the toddlers’ play in the second run, and filling the toddler's daily life with play in the third run. Through this, the teacher realized the abil ty of the toddlers and the value of waiting. This led to careful observation and reflective thinking by the teacher on the toddlers' play, and improved her competence as a toddler teacher and play supporter by trying other various methods for play support. The results of this study provide specific measures and examples for supporting toddlers’ play to novice teachers, and suggest that collaborative action research is effective as a method of teacher education.
