국문 초록

세계적으로 대학 창업 교육은 고등교육의 혁신과 발전에 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며, 이를 통해 대학의 경쟁력을 향상시키고 일자리 창출에 긍정적인 기여를 하고 있다. 중국은 1996년부터 대학 창업 교육을 중시해 왔으며, 정부는 지속적으로 창업 교육을 강조하고 대학에서의 창업 교육을 적극적으로 장려해 왔다. 그러나 이러한 정책에도 불구하고, 대학 창업 교육의 시행에 있어 여전히 개선이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구는 중국의 5개 대학의 창업 교육 현황을 CIPP 모형에 근거하여 비교 분석하고 진단하여 발전 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 방법으로는 문헌 분석, 사례 연구, 비교 연구법을 활용하였으며, 연구의 결과에 기반하여, 대학 창업 교육이 대학 방과 후 교육으로 외연을 확장하고, 혁신적으로 창업 교육 플랫폼을 활용할 것을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 창업 교육의 접근성과 효과성을 향상시키며, 학생들에게 실질적인 창업 경험과 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Globally, university entrepreneurship education plays an important role in the innovation and development of higher education, thereby contributing positively to the improvement of university competitiveness and job creation. China also placed great importance on university entrepreneurship education from an early age. Since 1996, the Chinese government has continuously emphasized entrepreneurship education, and in particular, actively encouraged entrepreneurship education in universities. However, despite the government's active policy promotion, universities still needed improvement in conducting entrepreneurship education. This study aimed to compare, analyze, and diagnose the current state of entrepreneurship education in five universities in China based on the CIPP model, and to suggest directions for its development. The research methods employed included literature analysis, case studies, and comparative research. Based on the results of the study, it is proposed that the university entrepreneurship education model be expanded to after-school education and that entrepreneurship education platforms be utilized efficiently. Through this approach, it is expected to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, providing students with practical entrepreneurial experiences and opportunities.
