국문 초록

본 연구는 교수-학습자 상호작용의 학습성과 또는 학습만족도와의 관계에서 문화적응의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 한국 대학의 외국인 유학생 유치의 중요성이 높아진 요즘, COVID-19로 인하여 적용된 온라인 수업의 교육성과를 달성하기 위하여 교수-학습자 상호작용의 영향을 확인하고, 문화적응이 상호작용과 학습성과 및 학습만족도 사이에서 어떻게 매개하고 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 교수-학습자 상호작용은 문화적응과 학습만족도, 그리고 학습성과에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문화적응에 포함되는 생활습관은 학습만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 생활경험과 생활습관은 학습성과에도 정적인 관계를 나타내었다. 끝으로 교수-학습자 상호작용과 학습만족도 관계에서 문화적응과 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 최근 집중되고 있는 온라인 비대면 원격교육에서의 새로운 성공적인 정착과 확산을 위한 올바른 학습에 대한 전략적 방향을 제시하는데 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is to verify the mediating effect of cultural adaptation in the relationship between the learning performance and learning satisfaction of the instructor-learner interaction. Recently, Korean universities’s attraction for foreign students has increased. In order to verify the educational outcomes of online classes applied due to COVID-19, the impact of instructor-learner interaction should be confirmed. And find out how cultural adaptation mediates between instructor-learner interaction, learning performance and learning satisfaction. Firstly, the research results are found that the instructor-learner interaction of cultural adaptation has a positive effect both on learning satisfaction and learning performance. Secondly, it is found that the lifestyle included in cultural adaptation has a positive effect on learning satisfaction. Thirdly, life experience and lifestyle showed a positive (+) relationship on learning performance. Finally, cultural adaptation and mediating effects appeared in the relationship between instructor-learner interaction and learning satisfaction. This study can be used to present the right strategic direction for learning for new successful settlement and spread in online non-face-to-face remote education, which has recently been concentrated.
