괜찮은 일자리 지수 변화 궤적 유형화 연구: 객관적 및 주관적 괜찮은 일자리 지수를 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구는 국내 근로자의 괜찮은 일자리 지수를 객관적 지표와 주관적 지표로 구분하여 년도에 따른 변화를 확인하고 이를 유형화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 한국노동패널 16차부터 25차년도 자료를 활용하여 잠재계층성장분석과 차이 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 객관적 괜찮은 일자리 지수는 코로나19 이후 급격히 감소한데 반해 주관적 괜찮은 일자리 지수는 코로나19로 인한 영향이 없었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 객관적 및 주관적 괜찮은 일자리 변화 궤적에 따라 각각 높은집단, 중간집단, 낮은집단의 세 집단으로 유형화할 수 있었다. 각 유형에 따라 성별, 학력, 거주지역, 혼인상태의 개인적 특성에 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과에 따라 괜찮은 일자리 지수의 측정에 있어서 객관적 지표와 함께 주관적 지표가 함께 고려해야 한다는 점을 제언하였다. 또, 괜찮은 일자리 지수 변화 유형에 따른 노동시장 정책과 코로나19로 변화된 근로환경의 다양화에 대한 논의와 정책적 지원이 필요하다는 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to categorize changes in the decent work index of domestic laborers in Korea by distinguishing between objective and subjective indicators and examining their year-to-year fluctuations. To achieve this goal, data from the 16th to the 25th waves of the Korean Labor & Income Panel Study (KLIPS) were used, and latent class growth analysis and difference analysis were conducted. The analysis findings revealed a significant drop in objective decent work indices following the onset of COVID-19, while subjective decent work indices remained unaffected by the pandemic. Based on the trajectories of changes in objective and subjective decent work, three groups were identified: high, middle, and low, each showing differences in personal characteristics such as gender, education, residential area, and marital status. The research findings suggest that both objective and subjective indicators should be considered when measuring the decent work index. Furthermore, it suggests the need for discussions and policy support related to labor market policies and the diversification of working environments brought about by COVID-19, depending on the type of decent work index change.
