국문 초록

본 연구는 중국의 다문화 교육에 대한 이론과 실제를 토대로 중국이 가지는 다문화적 특징을 소개하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 모든 민족 국가는 고유의 문화적 전통을 가지고 있다. 이는 국가적 문화의 철학적 구조를 형성하고, 사람들의 지식과 믿음, 가치판단에 깊은 영향을 끼친다. 중국 문명화의 오랜 혁명적 발전 과정에서 이들 문화가 사회에 적응되고 발전되기 위해서는, 봉건사회의 다원적 구성체로 된 자유로운 독립체에서 현대사회의 자의식적 단체인 다원적 독립체로 다른 집단의 문화는 서로 소통되고 동화되고 통합되어 왔다. 그 결과 중국과 같이 다민족 사회의 형태를 가진 다문화 사회가 형성되었다. 즉 다원성의 단일한 이론인, 다문화의 과학적 개념이 형성된 것이다. 따라서 중국의 다문화 교육 이론은 다원론을 하나로 묶는 다음과 같은 특징으로 구성된다. 첫째, 무엇보다 각각의 민족 그룹은 그들 고유의 연관적인 독립성을 가진다. 둘째, 그 문화가 무엇에 기반을 두고 있고 무엇을 추구하던 각각의 문화는 공통적 특성을 지닌다. 더욱이 시간과 인간의 소통이 발전되면서, 각 문화의 차이는 더 공통적 특성을 띠게 된다. 그러므로 중국의 다문화주의는 개별문화의 차이성을 염두에 두면서, 완벽하고 동일한 권리를 바탕으로 각 문화의 개별성과 함께 공통적 발전을 추구하고 있다.

영문 초록

Every nation has its own cultural tradition, on the basis of which forms the deep psychological structure of the national culture and has a profound effect on people's knowledge, beliefs and values. In order to be adapted to society and develop themselves, in the long evolutionary process of development of Chinese civilization, the cultures of different groups have been communicating with each other and assimilated and integrated several times, from free entities of pluralistic unity in feudal society to self conscious entities of pluralistic unity in modern society. As a result, the pattern of multi-ethnic society with Chinese characteristics has formed; the unified theory of pluralism, a scientific concept of multiculturalism, has been established. The Chinese multicultural education theory is consistent with the following characteristics of the unified theory of pluralism. First of all, the cultures of different ethnic groups have their own relative independence. Second, different cultures also have commonalities, no matter what they are based upon and what they have been pursuing. With the development of the times and the deepening of human communication, there are more and more commonalities between different cultures; Therefore, under the Chinese concept of multiculturalism, we are more concerned about the different situations of different cultures, the uniqueness of every culture, and the common development and harmony of complete and equal rights.
