국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석방법을 활용하여 청소년정책의 연구동향을 종합적으로 파악하고, 향후 연구수행과 정책수립을 위한 실천적 시사점를 모색하는 것이었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 청소년정책 논문 251편을 대상으로 기초통계분석을 하였고, 키워드 121개를 대상으로 중심성, 응집성, 구조적 공백을 확인하는 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과로는 첫째, 논문의 발행연도, 연구주제, 연구방법, 연구단위에서 큰 편향성이 발견되었다. 둘째, 청소년정책 지식구조에서 ‘정책평가’와 ‘청소년복지’, ‘청소년교육’이 핵심 키워드인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 하위 네트워크는 사회현상과 실천현장(G1), 청소년활동과 예방정책(G2), 청소년교육, 자립 및 해외 청소년정책(G3), 청소년문제와 보호, 권리(G4), 청소년참여와 다문화청소년(G5)을 중심으로 구성되었다. 넷째, 구조적 공백 키워드인 ‘위기청소년’은 네트워크 안에서 교량 역할을 하면서 다른 주제들이 가진 정보를 효율적으로 연결하였다. 주요 연구결과를 바탕으로 제안한 향후 연구의 과제는 지속적이고 균형적인 연구수행을 위한 지원의 확대, 다양한 연구방법의 시도, 연구가치가 높은 주제의 적극적 발굴, 간학문적 연구를 통한 지식구조의 확장, 구조적 공백을 활용한 연구의 효율성 증대이었다. 본 연구는 청소년정책 연구수행을 위한 시사점을 제공하고 궁극적으로는 정책과 실천영역을 위한 기초자료의 발전을 도모한다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyse the research trends of youth policy by using the keyword network analysis method, and to suggest practical implications for future research and policy area. To achieve the purpose, basic statistical analysis was conducted on 251 youth policy articles, and network analysis was conducted on 121 keywords to analyse centrality, cohesion, and structural holes. According to the results, first, a major partiality was found in the year of publication, subject, research method, and unit. Second, it was found that ‘policy evaluation’, ‘youth welfare’, and ‘youth education’ were the main keywords in the youth policy knowledge structure. Third, the sub-network was composed around social phenomena and practice sites(G1), youth activities and prevention policies(G2), youth education, self-reliance and overseas youth policies(G3), youth problems, protection and rights(G4), youth participation and multicultural youth(G5). Fourth, the structural hole keyword ‘youth at risk’ functioned as a bridge within the network and efficiently connected the information of other topics. The future research tasks were proposed based on major research results. They were expansion of support for continuous and balanced research, conducting various research methods, ascertaining valuable topics, expansion of knowledge structure through multidisciplinary study, and increased efficiency of research using the structural hole keyword. This study is significant as it provides implications for conducting youth policy research and ultimately promotes the accumulation of basic data in the policy and practice areas.
