국문 초록

본 연구는 정신재활시설에서 플랫폼을 활용한 직업재활서비스를 시도한 경험을 일반적 질적연구를 통해 살펴봄으로써 새로운 직업재활서비스의 가능성을 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스제공자 4명을 대상으로 초점집단면접을 실시하였고 연구결과 6개 대주제와 21개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 대주제는 ‘사회변화와 직업재활서비스의 한계에 대해 고뇌하며 새로운 서비스개발의 필요성을 인식함’, ‘전통적 방식에서 서서히 플랫폼 방식의 직업재활서비스를 시도함’, ‘플랫폼 방식의 직업재활서비스에 적합한 지원방법을 고안함’, ‘정신장애인 욕구에 반응하는 다양한 선택지를 마련함’, ‘정신장애인이 새로운 정체성을 찾아가는 것을 목격함’, ‘플랫폼을 활용한 직업재활서비스 확대를 위한 과제가 부여됨’이다. 이를 바탕으로 정신장애인 직업재활서비스의 함의와 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the possibility of expanding vocational rehabilitation services by examining the experience of applying general qualitative research to the experience of attempting vocational rehabilitation services. Focus group interviews were implemented for four vocational rehabilitation service providers. As a result of the study, 6 main themes and 21 sub-themes were derived. Major topics are‘Agonizing over social change and the limitations of vocational rehabilitation services and recognizing the need for new services development’, ‘Gradually attempting platform-based vocational rehabilitation services from the traditional method’, ‘Developing a support method suitable for platform environment’, ‘Providing various options to respond to the needs of the mentally disabled’, ‘Witnessing the mentally disabled people creating new identities through platform work’, ‘Giving tasks to expand vocational rehabilitation services using the platform’. Based on this, the implications and suggestions of vocational rehabilitation services using the platform were presented.
