국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 시설보호청소년의 자아존중감이 그릿과 자립기술을 매개로 진로태도성 숙에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 시설보호청소 년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 355명의 응답 자료를 활용하여 자아존중감과 진로 태도성숙의 관계에서 그릿과 자립기술의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 시설보호청소년 의 자아존중감이 진로태도성숙과 그릿, 자립기술에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시설보호청소년의 자아존중감은 그릿과 자립기술을 각각 매개하여 진로태도성숙에 정적 인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 순차적으로 매개하여 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확 인되었다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 토대로 시설보호청소년의 진로에 관한 실천적 시사 점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the mediating effects of grit and independent living skills in the relationship between self-esteem and career attitude maturity of adolescents in institutional care. This study conducted a survey of adolescence in institutional care, and the mediating effect was verified using the data from the responses of 355 samples. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the self-esteem of adolescence in institutional care directly affects career attitude maturity, grit, and independent living skills. In addition, it was confirmed that the self-esteem of adolescence in institutional care had a positive effect on career attitude maturity by mediating grit and self-reliance skills and had an effect on career attitude maturity by mediating sequentially. This study presented practical implications and suggestions for follow-up research based on these results.
