국문 초록

이 연구는 진로적응력의 하위요소에 대한 구성개념을 확인하고, 이러한 진로적응력을 중심 으로 사회적지원, 학교생활만족도, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로탐색활동 간의 관계성을 파악하 여 대학생들에게 적절한 진로교육과 지도를 할 수 있는 이론적 토대와 정보를 제공하는데 목 적이 있다. 총 231명의 설문 응답을 분석한 결과, 대학생의 경우 약 68%가 자신들의 진로 나 취업 관련 방향을 설정하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로나 취업 관련 정보는 학 과와 학교취업기관을 통해 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 진로적응력은 요인분석 결과에 의해 4가지 하위영역인 진로관심, 진로통제, 진로호기심, 진로자신감의 구성을 확인하였으며, 측정 문항 은 진로통제의 3개 문항을 제외하고는 구성타당도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 구조방정식 분석 결과, 대학생의 진로적응력은 외생변인인 진로결정 자기효능감과 내생변인인 진로탐색활동 변인에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 사회적지원과 학교생활만족도에는 직접적 인 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 구조모형분석으로부터 효과를 분해한 결과 진 로결정자기효능감의 경우 진로적응력에 직접적으로 큰 영향을 주는 동시에 효과 크기는 작지 만 진로탐색활동을 거쳐 가는 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 진로결정자기효능감이 진로탐색이나 진로적응력에 가장 중요한 변인으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the constituent concepts of the sub-elements of career adaptability and to understand the relationship between social support, university life satisfaction, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career exploration behavior, focusing on career adaptability. As a result of analyzing the survey responses of a total of 231 students, it was found that 68% of university students did not set their own career path or employment-related direction, and career or employment-related information was obtained through departments and university employment agencies. Career adaptability is composed of four sub-domains, career interest, career control, career curiosity, and career confidence according to the result of factor analysis. As a result of structural equation analysis, it was found that college students' career adaptability was affected by exogenous variables, career decision-makin self-efficacy, and endogenous variables, career exploration behavior. On the other hand, it was found that there was no direct effect on social support and school life satisfaction. In addition, as a result of decomposing the effect from structural model analysis, it was found that career decision-making self-efficacy directly had a large effect on career adaptability, and had an indirect effect through career exploration behavior although the effect size was small. Therefore, career decision-making self-efficacy was found to be the most important variable in career exploration or career adaptability.
