국문 초록

코로나 19 확산에 따라 사상 처음 온라인 개학 으로 학교 교육과정이 운영되고 있다. 온라인 개학으로 인해 그 동안 당연하게 여겨졌던 물리적인 등교 가 불가능한 상황을 맞이하게 된 것이다. 코로나 19 상황이 조기에 호전되었다면 온라인 개학은 단기적인 해프닝 정도로 우리의 기억 속에 남았을 것이다. 하지만 현재 감염증 상황이 기대와는 달리 지속됨으로써 단순한 해프닝 정도가 아니라 학교 교육을 전반적으로 되돌아보고 앞으로 어떠한 방향으로 나아가야 하는지에 대한 진지한 고민거리가 되고 있다. 학교 교육에서 이러닝은 학교 교육의 보완재 로서 그 역할을 해오고 있는데, 코로나 19 상황으로 인해 그저 보완재 로서 이러닝을 바라보는 것에서 나아가 학교 교육의 일부로서 이러닝을 바라보고, 그러한 역할에 맞는 기반을 갖추는 것이 중요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 초･중등교육 차원의 이러닝의 현안을 살펴보고 학교 교육을 혁신하기 위한 하나의 기제로서 이러닝을 개선하기 위한 과제를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 이러닝 관련 법･제도 현황과 이러닝 관련 정부부처 기본 정책을 분석하였고, 초･중등교육 차원의 이러닝 실행 측면의 이슈와 현안을 도출한 후, 이를 해결하고 개선하기 위한 방향 및 과제를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

With the spread of Corona 19, the school curriculum is being operated for the first time in history as opening online . Because of the online school opening, the physical ‘going to school that has been taken for granted is now impossible. If the Corona 19 situation had improved early, the online school opening would have remained in our memory as a short-term happening. However, as the current infectious disease situation persists contrary to expectations, it is not just an incident, but a serious concern about what direction to go forward by looking back at school education in general. In school education, e-learning has been playing a role as a supplemental material to school education. Due to the Corona 19 situation, e-learning is being considered not just a supplemental material , but as an important part of school education. Thus, it is an important point to have the basis for that role. Along this line, this study examines the pending issues of e-learning at the level of elementary and secondary education, and proposes tasks to improve e-learning as a mechanism to innovate school education. To this end, first, the status of e-learning related laws and systems and policies of the government were analyzed, pending issues in the aspect of e-learning implementation at the level of elementary and secondary education were identified, and then directions and tasks to resolve and improve them were proposed.
