국문 초록

초등체육의 가치는 신체라는 한정적인 의미나 교육의 과정이라는 현상적인 뜻만으로 규정할 수 없는 통합적인 가치를 담고 있다. 즉 초등체육의 근본가치는 교육에 제한된 형세가 아니라, 사람이라는 본체의 방향에 있다. 그러므로 초등체육의 가치는 교육에 대한 의미의 가치가 아니라, 교육이 궁극으로 지향해야할 본연의 가치인 것이다. 이에 우리가 초등체육을 이해하고자 할 때 운동기능에 국한된 기능교과라는 시각에서 벗어나 초등체육의 본질이 기능적 신체가 아닌 인간적 본체로서 사람에 대한 내적성장과 성숙과정임을 직시하여 인간적 수준의 가치로 인식해야 한다. 이를 바탕으로 초등체육의 기능주의 수업과 태권도 사범식 수업에 대한 반성적 성찰을 통해 현장친화적이고 미래지향적인 측면으로의 변화가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The value of elementary physical education is a comprehensive and integrated value that cannot be defined only by the limited meaning of the body and the phenomenal meaning of the curriculum. The fundamental value of elementary physical education is not in the limited circumstances of education, but in the direction of people. The value of elementary physical education is not the value in terms of curriculum, but the value that education should ultimately pursue. When we understand elementary physical education, we meed to depart from the perspective that it is a functional subject that is limited to the function of sports, face up to the inner growth and maturity of the private body, not the functional body. We recognize that the value of elementary physical education is human-level value. It is urgently needed to change the field-friendly and future-oriented aspects of the functional and Taekwondo instructor-style classes through reflective thinking.
