국문 초록

오늘날 미술관의 성격 변화와 관련된 이미지를 둘러싼 논의에서 의미 있는 것은, 특히 이미지의 역사적 성격에 대한 것이다. 미술관에서 이루어지는 미술 감상이 담당하는 사회적 역할 중 일부는 이미지를 마치 ‘복원’하는 것 같은 기술이며, 새로운 것을 최신의 관점과 최신의 방법에 따라 오래됨을 회복하는 것에 관한 인식이다. 미술관은 기억의 공간인 것이다. 최근의 인류학적 관점을 배경으로 본 연구는 디디-위베르만을 중심으로 이미지의 역사성을 살펴본다. ‘아나크로니즘’은 시간의 분절성이며, 객관적 사실로부터 기억의 사실 즉 역동하는 운동 중의 상태로서의 사실로 이동하는 것으로서, 물질적이면서 동시에 심적 사실로서의 과거로 이행하는 것이다. 미술감상은 기억으로재구축되는 개별의 역사로서 응시의 시간 속에서 진리를 향해 우리의 시선을 열어주는 것이다. 감상자들은 기억의 공간에서 이미지 즉 역사의 이미지이며 변증법적 이미지에 의해 역사의 시간성을 넘어 기존의 역사에서 누락되고 있는 것들을 발견하게 된다. 교육적 관점에서 감상자에게 기존질서와 전통을 위협하는 징후적인 이미지를 인식하도록 지도할 수 있다. ‘과거의 시간과 ‘현재의 시간’의 변증법적 관계 속에서 미술감상은 ‘지금’, ‘현재’, ‘순간’의 ‘만남’에 의해 진정한 이미지로 드러나도록 하는 것이다.

영문 초록

This research is to consider some debate surrounding images related to the change of personality of museums today. What is meaningful here is especially about the historical character of images. Some of the social roles played by art appreciation in art museums are about ‘restoring’ images. It is about restoring old things to the latest viewpoints and up-to-date methods. In the study of art history based on the recent anthropological viewpoint, this study examines the historicity of images centered on Didi-Huberman. ‘Anachronism’ is the segmentation of time, moving from the past as an objective fact to the fact as a fact of memory, that is, as a dynamic state of movement, moving into a past as a material and simultaneously a mental fact. Art appreciation is an individual history that is reconstructed into memories, and it opens our eyes to the truth in the time of staring. In the space of memory, the viewer finds something that is missing from the existing history, beyond the temporal time of history by the image, the image of history and the dialectical image. From the educational point of view, the viewer can be made aware of the symptomatic image that threatens the existing order and tradition. In the dialectical relation of the past time and the present time, it is revealed in art appreciation as a true image by ‘encounter’ of ‘now’, ‘present’, ‘moment’.
