미술과 자유학기제 진로동아리 활동이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 프로그램은 다양한 분야에서 자신의 꿈과 끼를 찾을 수 있는 활동이 될 수 있도록 학생들의 흥미와 관심사를 반영하여 프로그램을 고안하여 미술과를 중심으로 한 자유학기제 동아리활동이 중학교 1학년 학생들의 진로성숙도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자유학기제의 취지와 편성 운영을 검토하여 자유학기제 안에서 동아리 활동이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 살펴 본 후, 진로교육의 개념과 여러 학자들의 의견을 바탕으로 진로교육의 중요성과 이에 중학교 미술교과에서 진로교육이 왜 필요한지 고찰하였다. 둘째, 경기도 소재의 중·고등학생을 대상으로 미술과 관련한 직업 흥미 여부를 설문 결과를 통해 자유학기제 동아리 활동 프로그램을 설계하였으며, 설문지의 직업선별 기준은 KSCO(한국 표준 직업 분류)에서 제시하고 있는 예술 전문가 및 관련직을 바탕으로 제작하였다. 셋째, 경기도 소재의 H중학교 1학년 26명에게 총 8차시의 프로그램을 적용하였다. 그리고 미술과 중심의 자유학기제 동아리 활동이 중학교 1학년 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 한국직업능력개발원에서 개발한 중·고등학생용 진로성숙도 검사를 사용하여 사전·사후의 진로성숙도 변화를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 사전·사후 검사 결과를 분석한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로성숙도의 사전조사에 대한 내적 일관성 검사로 Cronbach s α 계수를 구하였다. 둘째, 수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) Ver 21.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 전산통계 처리하였고, 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 대등표본t-test를 실시하였으며, 유의수준은 p<.05, p<.01, p<.001에서 검증하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에 참여한 실험집단의 검사 결과는 진로성숙도 전체와 하위영역이 모두 유의미한 결과를 도출하였으며, 미술과 중심의 자유학기제 동아리 활동이 중학교 1학년 학생들의 진로성숙도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것이 검증되었다.

영문 초록

The study aims to investigate how free-semester club activities centering on arts which is designed to help students discover their interests and potential in various fields has an impact on the career maturity for the first grade students in the middle school. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, first, after reviewing the purpose of the free school term and the operation of the curriculum, and how the club activities are carried out in the free school term, then based on the concept of career education and opinions of various scholars it investigated the rationale for why career education is needed for art class in middle school. Second, the free-semester club activity program was designed through the questionnaire survey on the interest in the career related to the arts in the middle and high school students in Gyeonggi Province. The job selection criteria of the questionnaire were based on art experts and associates. suggested by KSCO (Korean Standard Classification of Occupations) . Third, a total of 8 courses of programs were applied to 26 students of the first grade in H middle school located in Gyeonggi-do. In order to investigate the effect of free-semester club activities centering on arts on the career maturity level of the first grade students in middle school, the study measured the change of career maturity of both pre- and post-career applying the career maturity test for middle and high school students. The results of the pre- and post-test of this study are as follows. First, Cronbach s α coefficient was calculated by internal consistency test for career maturity pre-survey. Second, the collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) Ver. 21.0 statistical package program, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and comparative sample t-test were conducted as well. The significance level was verified as p <.05, p <.01, p <.001. In conclusion, the test results of the experimental group participated in the study showed that both the career maturity level and the sub-domain had meaningful results.
