NCS 학습모듈을 활용한 특성화 고등학교 컴퓨터 네트워크과 교육과정 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 DACUM을 활용하여 네트워크 운영관리자의 직무를 분석하고, 이를 통해 도출된 핵심과업과 NCS 학습모듈을 기반으로 특성화 고등학교 컴퓨터 네트워크과의 교육과정을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, DACUM 위원회를 조직하고 워크숍을 실시하여 네트워크 운영관리자에 대한 5개의 책무와 38개의 과업을 도출하였다. 둘째, 네트워크 분야의 근로자 80명을 대상으로 과업 중요도와 교육 필요도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 총 13개의 핵심과업을 선정하였다. 셋째, 현업 내용 전문가의 도움으로 선정된 핵심과업을 수행하는데 요구되는 지식/기술/도구 분류표를 작성하고, 이를 그룹화한 후 과업/지식·기술·도구 행렬표를 작성하여 7종의 교과목(네트워크 기초, 네트워크 구축, 운영 체제, 인터넷 일반, 정보통신 일반, 컴퓨터 보안, 서버 구축 실무)을 선정하였다. 넷째, 7종의 교과목과 관련이 있는 NCS 능력단위를 선정하고, 능력단위요소×교과목 행렬표를 작성한 후 교육과정을 구성하였다. 최종적으로 도출된 특성화 고등학교 컴퓨터 네트워크과의 교육과정구성은 다음과 같다. 1학년은 인터넷 일반, 네트워크 기초 교과목이 배정되었고, 이와 연관성이 있는 NCS 학습모듈은 네트워크 장비 설치, 환경설정, 네트워크 구성으로 나타났다. 2학년은 정보통신 일반, 네트워크구축, 운영체제 교과목이 배정되었고, 이와 연관성이 있는 NCS 학습모듈은 서버 구축 및 운용, 네트워크 구성, 네트워크 장비 설치, 환경 설정, 단위시험, 통합시험, 운용시험, 품질관리, 장애관리로 나타났다. 3학년은 컴퓨터 보안과 서버 구축 실무 교과목이 배정되었고, 이와 연관성이 있는 NCS 학습모듈은 환경설정, 서버 구축 및 운용, 네트워크 구성, 보안장비 구축 및 운영으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze computer network administrator s tasks with the use of DACUM method, and to develop a curriculum for the computer network subjects using National Competency Standard(NCS) learning module at specialized high schools. For this purpose, first, computer network administrator s duties and tasks were identified from DACUM conference workshop. A total of 5 duties and 39 tasks were determined. Second, key tasks were selected from a survey that examined the importance and educational needs for each task with 80 computer network administrators. 13 key tasks were selected. Third, the knowledge, skills, and tools that are needed to perform each key task were analyzed by Subject Matter Experts. Main subjects were drawn from categorizing the identified knowledge, skills, and tools. The identified 7 subjects were Network foundation, Network construction, Operational system, Introduction to the Internet, Introduction to information & telecommunication, Computer security, Server construction practice. Finally, the curriculum for the computer network subjects at a specialized high school are suggested as follows. For the first grade, the subjects included the Introduction to the Internet and Network foundation with NCS learning modules that consists of Network equipment installation, Configuration of IT-based technology development, Network architecture of content user service competency-group. For the second grade, the subjects included Introduction to Information & Telecommunication, Network construction, and Operational system with NCS learning modules that consists of Server construction & operation, Network equipment installation, Configuration, Unit test, Integrated test, and Operational test, Quality control, and Fault management of content network service. For the third grade, the subjects included Computer security and server construction practice with NCS learning modules that consists of Configuration of IT-based technology, Server construction & operation, Network, and Security equipment construction.
