국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 맥크론 다이얼 평가시스템을 이용하여 정신지체인과 전반적 발달장애인의 직업수준 표준점수와 신경심리학적 요인별 점수의 차이를 알아보고, 직업수준 표준점수에 영향을 미치는 변수를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 정신지체인과 전반적 발달장애인으로 진단 받은 남녀 총 127명(정신지체인 87명, 전반적 발달장애인 40명)에게 맥크론 다이얼 평가시스템을 평가하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전반적 발달장애인이 정신지체인보다 직업수준 표준점수가 높았고, 각 신경심리학적 요인별 점수도 높았다. 둘째, 정신지체인과 전반적 발달장애인에서 지능지수는 각 신경심리학적 요인별 점수, 직업수준 표준접수와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 직업수준 표준접수에 통계학적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 정신지체체인은 언어공간인지요인, 감각요인, 운동요인 순이고, 전반적 발달장애인은 언어공간인지요인이었다. 본 연구의 결과 정신지체인과 전반적 발달장애인의 맥크론 다이얼 평가시스템 접수에 유의한 차이가 있고, 직업수준 표준접수에 영향을 미치는 변수가 다르게 나타났다. 그러므로 정신지체인과 전반적 발달장애인의 직업수준에 영향을 마치는 변수를 고려하여 적절한 직업 및 직무가 제공되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to compare the vocational level standard scores and neuropsychological factor scores of the McCarron-Dial Evaluation System(MDS) in adults with mental retardation(MR) and adults with pervasive developmental disorder(PDD), and to ascertain the most significant variables to vocational level standard scores. Eighty seven adults with MR and forty adults with PDD were evaluated with MDS. The results were as follows: First, the vocational level standard scores and neuropsychological factor scores are higher in adults with PDD than MR. Second. In adults with l\1R and PDD. intelligence quotient(IQ) was significantly correlated with neuropsychological factor scores and vocational level standard scores in MDS. Third. In vocational level standard scores of MDS in adults with MR, VSC factor was the most significant variable and the second most significant one was sensory factor. The least significant variable was motor factor. VSC factor was the most significant variable of vocational level standard scores in MDS in adults with PDD. The above results there were significant differences in vocational level standard scores of MDS in adults with l\1R and PDD, and different variables that have influences on vocational level standard scores. Therefore. we have to consider those significant variables of vocational level standard scores in MDS for the intervention of adults with MR and PDD vocational rehabilitation services.
