직업재활 전공학생의 실습수행에 영향을 미치는 실습지도 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 첫째, 선행연구 고찰을 통해 학생들의 실습지도에 영향을 미치는 요언들을 파악하고, 둘째, 조사연구를 통해 각각의 요인에 기초하여 학생들은 실습지도자의 행동이나 수퍼비전에 비해 어떻게 지각하고 있는지를 살펴보며, 셋째, 실습기관 몇 실습지도자의 자격유형에 따라 학생들이 지각하는 실습활동에 차이가 있는지를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2005년 9월 직업재활사 인중대학으로 등록되어 있는 5개 대학에서 실습과목을 이수한 123명의 학생을 대상으로 조사를 진행하였고, 그 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 수퍼비전 정도는 5점 척도로 분석한 결과, 평균 3.8점으로 조사대상 학생들은 중간수준 이상이 수퍼비전의 제공받은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업재활 전공학생들은 실습수행에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 수퍼비전의 정도를 들었고, 다음으로 개인의 실습활동을 들었다. 그리고 수퍼비전에서는 실습지도자가 함께 일할 때 어떠해야 하는지를 설병해 주었고, 나에게 어떤 도움을 줄 수 있을지 설명해 주었다는 항목에서 가장 높은 반응을 보였다. 셋째, 실습기관과 실습지도자의 경력을 중심으로 실습활동을 분석한 결과, 대상자들은 실습기관에 따라 실습시 참여 프로그램 수와 수행과제의 수에서 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났고, 실습지도자의 경력에 따라 기관활동의 참여 허용정도와 실습시 수행과제의 수에서 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is firstly to investigate the factors that influence the practice for students through reviews of previous studies; and secondly, to study how students perceive the behavior and supervision of practice instructors. based on each factor through research studies. Thirdly. is to analyze whether there is any difference in practice activities perceived by the students according to the qualification type of practice instructor and practice organization. For these purposes. the research was conducted in September 2005 with 123 student subjects who completed the course for practice subjects in the 5 universities that have been registered as certified universities for the education of vocational rehabilitation counselors. The findings were as follows. First. as a result of analysis of supervision on 5 scales. the average point was 3.8, which means the students were provided with more than middle level supervision. Second. the most influential factor in practice performance of the students who majored in vocational rehabilitation was the degree of supervision and the next factor was practice activities of an individual. As for the supervision factor, they showed the highest response when the practice instructor explained how they should be working together and what kind of assistance could be provided for them. Thirdly, as an analysis result of practice activities focusing on the career of practice instructors and practice organization. the respondents showed a difference in the number of programs participated in and performance assignments according to practice organizations. They also showed differences in the permission level of participation in organization activities and the number of performance assignments during the practice, according to the career of the instructors.
