만 4세 유아의 협력적 신체활동의 효과적인 운영에 관한 실행연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 만 4세 유아들을 대상으로 협력적 신체활동의 효과적인 운영 방안을 모색하여 실행하고, 운영방안에 따른 유아의 반응을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구는 2018년 7월 30일부터 12월 4일까지 서울시에 소재한 한 유치원의 만 4세 학급인 구름반에서 이루어졌으며 연구 대상은 학급의 유아 22명이다. 교육활동은 담임교사인 연구자가 실시하였으며 이를 녹화, 녹음 및 전사하여 현장노트로 작성하고, 교육계획안, 연구자 저널 등의 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 협력적 신체활동의 효과적인 운영 방안에 관한 1차 방안으로 협력적 신체활동을 위한 준비단계 활동으로 집단 속에서 나와 친구를 이해하기, 친구와 긍정적 상호작용하기를 실시하였고, 그 후 소그룹 협력적 신체활동과 도구를 사용한 협력적 신체활동을 실시하였다. 이어서 2차 방안으로 협력적 신체활동이 힘든 개별 유아를 지원하고, 다양한 집단으로 협력적 신체활동을 실시하며 유아와 함께 만들어가는 협력적 신체활동을 실시하였다. 활동을 실행한 결과 유아들은 긍정적 상호작용이 증가하였고, 구름반에서 협력적 분위기를 형성할 수 있었다. 또한 서로의 차이에 대한 존중의 태도를 형성할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 협력적 신체활동을 실시하기 적합한 교육적 가치에 대해 논의하며 만 4세 유아를 위한 협력적 신체활동의 개발 및 운영의 필요성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate effective management plans of cooperative physical activities for 4-year old children, and to examine the reactions of the children. The study was conducted by the teacher at the class of four-year-old children in a public kindergarten in Seoul, from July 30, 2018 to December 4, 2018. The subjects were 22 children and the teacher of Cloud Class. These activities were recorded, and transcribed as field notes. Also, materials such as educational plans and researcher’s journals were collected and analyzed. As the first step for effective management of cooperative physical activities, preparatory activities for cooperative physical activities were conducted. These preparatory activities included understanding peers and positively interacting with them. Then, small-group cooperative physical activities and cooperative physical activities using tools were conducted. The second step included supporting individual children who were having difficulties in cooperative physical activities, performing cooperative physical activities in various groups, and performing cooperative physical activities with children. As a result of these activities, positive interaction among children increased, and cooperative atmospheres have been formed in the class. Moreover, the children were able to form an attitude of respecting each other’s differences. The study discussed the necessity of development and management of cooperative physical activities for 4-year-old children.
