인지적 미술치료가 중국유학생의 문화적응스트레스와 우울에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 인지적 미술치료가 중국유학생의 문화적응스트레스와 우울에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 K대학에 재학 중인 참가의사를 밝힌 13명의 중국유학생중 BDI 점수가 16점 이상인 4명을 인원 으로 구성하였다. 연구 기간은 2012년 4월부터 6월까지 주 1회, 한 회기 당 90분씩 13회기에 걸쳐 미술치료를 실시하였으며, 문화적응스트레스 척도, 빗속의 사람 그림검사, 우울척도(BDI)를 사용하여 사전?사후변화를 분 석하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 인지적 미술치료가 중국유학생의 문화적응스트레스에 긍정적 효과를 미쳤다. 둘 째, 인지적 미술치료가 중국유학생의 우울에 긍정적 효과를 미쳤다. 셋째, 인지적 미술치료가 중국유학생의 인 지 변화에 긍정적 효과를 미쳤다. 인지적 미술치료는 중국유학생의 인지적 변화와 정서적 변화에 긍정적 효과 를 주었으며, 중국유학생의 문화적응스트레스를 낮추고 우울을 감소시켰다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of the cognitive art therapy program on acculturation stress and depression of Chinese students studying in South Korea. The object of study consists four students who received more than 16 points on BDI out of 13 Chinese students attending at K University with declaration for participation. The results of study are as follows: First, the acculturation stress of Chinese students was decreased through the cognitive art therapy. Second, the cognitive art therapy has positively impacted on the depression of Chinese students. Third, the cognitive art therapy has positively impacted on the changes in cognition of the Chinese students. The cognitive art therapy has positively impacted on the changes in cognition and emotional changes of the Chinese students, has decreased the acculturation stress and reduced the depression of the Chinese students
