라깡(Lacan)의 주체이론이 미술치료에 주는 시사점

국문 초록

국내 미술치료 분야의 양적 발전에 이어, 남아있는 과제는 향후 질적 발전을 위한 부단한 연구 노력이다 그 노력의 일환으로 그동안 간과되어 온 미술치료자의 기술에 관한 측면 뿐 아니라, 현대 심리치료 동향에 영향을 미치고 있는 포스트모더니즘 사고에 관한 연구 관심도 필요하다 이런 맥락 에서 본 연구는 현대 정신분석학자이자 후기구조주의 철학자인 Lacan의 주체이론을 미술치료에 조 명하고, 그에 따른 시사점을 검토하였다. 첫째, Lacan의 주체이론은 미술치료에서 내담자의 실존과 주관성 및 창조성을 강조하여 그들을 더 깊게 이해할 수 있는 터전을 마련하고, 현상학적 배경의 인 간 중심 치료, 게슈탈트 치료, 실존주의 치료, 붓다의 심리학 외에도 사회학의 포스트모더니즘 흐름 과도 접점 가능성을 찾아 미술치료의 지평을 보다 확장시켰다. 둘째, Lacan의 주체이론에서 ‘대상a’ 는 미술치료에서 미술부분에 대한 역할과 범위를 확장시켜 내담자로 하여금 미술부분의 향유를 통 한 변증법적 승화 과정(보편성, 특수성, 개별성)에 참여하게 하였다. 셋째, Lacan의 주체이론은 내담 자뿐 아니라 치료자도 주체로서 자신을 이해하고 창조적일 수 있도록 독려하여 미술치료자로서 끊 임없이 자각할 수 있도록 하는 태도와 역할을 가르쳐 주었다.

영문 초록

This study have attempted to reflect Lacan\'s Subjectivity into art therapy and have investigated it\' s suggestion. Following the development in art therapy field in an aspect of quantity, the remammg work is the effort for the development in an aspect of quality. We need to have a concern about post-modernism which affects the tendency of contemporary art therapy as well as the skill of art therapists that have been overlooked in the meantime. First, Lacan’s Subjectivity could be a basis to understand clients in art therapy, emphasizing the client\' s existence, subjectivity and creativity. Furthermore, it could expand the reputation of art therapy by finding the possibility of connecting with post-modernism in sociology as well as other psychotherapy field, for instance, Person- Centered therapy, Gestalt therapy, Existential therapy and Buddha’s psychology. Secondly, ‘Object a’ m Lacan’s Subjectivity could enhance the role and the area of the art part in art therapy and make clients participate in dialectical sublimation processes(universal, particular, individual) through possessing the art part. Thirdly, Lacan’s Subjectivity could encourage not only clients but art therapists to understand themselves as the subject and become creative.
