국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 합창 활동을 위한 플립드 러닝(Flipped learning) 교수설계 모형의 탐구이다. 이 연구에서는 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 합창 활동과 플립드 러닝 교수 기법, 합창 활동에서 플립드 러닝 교수 기법을 활용해 얻게 되는 효과에 대해 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로, ADDIE 모형을 기반으로 합창 활동을 위한 플립드 러닝 교수설계 모형을 교수 요소 분석, 교수 설계, 교수 개발, 교수 실행, 교수 평가 및 성찰의 다섯 단계로 탐구하였다. 아울러 합창 활동을 위한 플립드 러닝 교수설계 모형이 교육공학 측면과 음악 활동 측면의 함의가 고려되어야 한다는 것을 탐구하였다. 이러한 결과에 근거하여 연구자는 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫째, 합창 활동을 위한 플립드 러닝 교수 기법의 활용을 위해서는 지휘자와 합창단원 모두가 유연한 환경을 갖추어야 한다. 둘째, 합창 활동을 위한 플립드 러닝 교수 기법의 활용을 위해서는 지휘자와 합창단원 모두가 연습 문화의 변화를 받아들여야 한다. 셋째, 합창 활동을 위한 플립드 러닝 교수 기법의 활용을 위해서는 연습을 완성할 수 있는 의도된 연습 내용을 갖추어야 한다. 넷째, 합창 활동을 위한 플립드 러닝 교수 기법의 활용을 위해서는 전문성을 갖춘 지휘자를 양성하여야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate flipped learning-based teaching design models for chorus activities. For that purpose, the study looked into chorus activities, flipping learning-based teaching methods, and effects of flipped learning-based teaching methods on chorus activities. Based on the findings, the study demonstrated that the implications of a flipped learning-based teaching design model for chorus activities should be considered both in the pedagogical and musical activity aspects. In addition, the investigator examined a flipped learning-based teaching design model for chorus activities on the basis of ADDIE model in five stages of teaching element analysis, teaching design, teaching development, teaching implementation, and teaching evaluation and reflection. Based on the results, the investigator made the following proposals: first, both the conductor and the chorus members should create a flexible environment to make use of a flipped learning-based teaching method for chorus activities. Secondly, both the conductor and the chorus members also need to accept changes to the practice culture for the utilization of a flipped learning-based teaching method for chorus activities. Thirdly, there should be intended practice content to complete the practice for the utilization of a flipped learning-based teaching method for chorus activities. Finally, there should be efforts to train and produce conductors with professionalism for the utilization of a flipped learning-based teaching method for chorus activities.
