국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 교육 환경 변화에 따라 지적학과 교수법의 현황과 한계를 분석하고, 학습자 중심의 교수법으로 전환하기 위한 구체적 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 기존 지적학 교육은 전통적인 강의 중심으로 이루어져 있으며, 이론적 내용 전달에 치중하여 학생들의 실무 역량과 현장 적응력이 부족하다는 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 문제기반학습(PBL), 도전기반학습(CBL)과 같은 혁신적 교수법의 이론적 특성과 적용 가능성을 심층적으로 고찰하였다. 또한 각 교수법을 지적학과 교과목의 특성에 맞춰 적용할 수 있도록 교과목별 구체적인 운영 방안과 콘텐츠 구성 모델을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 지적학 교육에서의 교수법 전환은 학생들의 자기주도적 학습능력과 창의적 문제해결 능력 증진뿐 아니라, 현장 중심의 실무적 인재 양성에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 향후 연구 과제로는 본 연구에서 제안된 교수법의 실질적 적용과 성과에 대한 장기적이고 실증적인 평가가 필요하며, 국내 다양한 대학의 상황과 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 교수법 개발이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and limitations of teaching methods in the Department of Cadastrology in response to changes in the educational environment brought about by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to propose concrete strategies for transitioning to learner-centered instruction. Traditional education in cadastrology has primarily relied on lecture-based methods, focusing heavily on theoretical knowledge delivery. This has raised concerns about students’ insufficient development of practical skills and adaptability to real-world settings. To address these issues, this study examines in depth the theoretical characteristics and applicability of innovative instructional approaches such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Challenge-Based Learning (CBL). It also proposes subject-specific implementation strategies and content design models tailored to the unique characteristics of cadastrology courses. The findings suggest that a shift in teaching methods in cadastrology education can enhance students’ self-directed learning abilities and creative problem-solving skills, while also fostering the development of practice-oriented professionals with strong field competencies. Future research should focus on the long-term, empirical evaluation of the proposed pedagogical models and the development of customized instructional strategies that reflect the diverse conditions and needs of universities across Korea.
