국문 초록
In the context of building a strong education nation, the ideological and political guidance of counselors is a key element in implementing “cultivating people for the Party and talents for the country”.The spirit of an educator, in response to the development needs of the educational subject, the essential requirements of the educational process, and the dynamic changes of the educational environment, has become a necessary nourishment for the professional growth of counselors.It consolidates the political foundation of moral education at the national strategic level, promotes the transformation of ideological and political education from empiricism to the scientific paradigm at the educational theory level, and optimizes the ecological mechanism of professional growth for counselors at the practical development level.The deep integration of the spirit of educators and the ideological and political leadership of counselors is the resonance of the original intention of education and the mission of The Times. It strengthens the political foundation of ideological and political leadership through value guidance, enhances the effectiveness of leadership through the unity of “teacher of knowledge and teacher of person”, activates the internal driving force for the professional development of counselors through institutional innovation, and expands the dimension of leadership through cultural inheritance and innovation. It provides a sustainable empowerment model for cultivating new era individuals capable of shouldering the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
영문 초록
在教育强国建设背景下,辅导员思政引领力是落实“为党育人、为国育才”的关键要素。教育家精神应教育主体发展需求、契合教育过程本质要求、顺应教育环境动态变化,成为辅导员专业成长的必要滋养。其在国家战略层面夯实立德树人政治基础,在教育理论层面推动思政教育从经验主义向科学范式转型,在实践发展层面优化辅导员专业成长生态机制。教育家精神与辅导员思政引领力的深度融合是教育初心与时代使命的共振,通过价值引领筑牢思政引领政治根基,从“经师人师”统一中提升引领实效,以制度创新激活辅导员职业发展内驱力,在文化传承与创新中拓展引领维度,为培养堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人提供了可持续的赋能模式。
