국문 초록

Early childhood labour education aims to promote children’s self-development, social cognition and value shaping, however, there are problems such as marginal positioning, fragmented goals and single implementation methods. Montessori Early Childhood Labour Education is driven by the’inner life force’, emphasizes the support of’prepared environment’and the practical value of’work’, and its core lies in stimulating the independent exploration and growth of young children through real-life labour tasks. The core of the study is to stimulate children’s independent exploration and growth through authentic labour tasks. Based on this, the study puts forward four major inspirations: establishing a’child-centred’educational philosophy and respecting the subjective status of young children; creating a’real and loving’labour environment and strengthening the contextual experience; and constructing a’stage-by-stage’educational content that is appropriate to the needs of young children. The construction of’stage-by-stage’educational contents to fit the age characteristics of young children; and the strengthening of’in-depth’teacher training to enhance professionalism and implementation capacity.

영문 초록

幼儿劳动教育旨在促进幼儿自我发展、社会认知与价值观塑造，然而当前存在教育定位边缘化、目标碎片化、实施方法单一等问题。蒙氏幼儿劳动教育以“内在生命力”为驱动，强调“有准备的环境”支持与“工作”的实践价值，其核心在于通过真实劳动任务激发幼儿自主探索与成长。基于此，本研究提出四大启示：树立“以儿童为中心”的教育理念，尊重幼儿主体地位；创设“真实和有爱”的劳动环境，强化情境体验；构建“阶段性”教育内容，贴合幼儿年龄特点；加强“深层次”教师培训，提升专业素养与实施能力。
