국문 초록
The background to the concept of educationist spirituality is the ‘two combinations’, that is to say, the synthesis of the fundamental tenets of Marxism, together with the specific practices of China and the exemplary traditional Chinese culture, particularly the ‘second combination’. The term educationist spirituality encompasses both the general connotations associated with education and the specific connotations that are particular to applied colleges and universities. In advancing the educationist spirit, faculty members of applied colleges and universities prioritise the cultivation of their students’ capacity to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application in teaching. Additionally, they strive to address the challenges associated with applied scientific and technological research and development, technology promotion, and knowledge dissemination in scientific research. Furthermore, they engage with local governments, enterprises, and other social organizations to contribute to societal development. In order to inherit and develop the educationist spirits in applied colleges and universities, it is essential that individual members of faculty enhance their moral character. However, it is not merely an individual responsibility, institutional reforms are required to ensure long-term safeguarding. The main contradiction faced by applied colleges and universities in terms of the system can be identified as the reform and innovation of the human resources management system. An accurate evaluation of the conventional career structure and an analysis of contemporary tenure programs is essential for the advancement and innovation of the human resources (HR) system in applied colleges and universities. This approach ensures that the HR system remains aligned with the desired direction and facilitates the development of effective initiatives. In accordance with the principles of self-confidence and self-reliance, and in pursuit of correctness and innovation, the orientation that should guide applied colleges and universities in the present and future reform of the HR system are as follows: positions and titles can be upgraded. Such a system should allow for the movement of individuals both up and down the career ladder, with the understanding that increased responsibility and workload should be accompanied by a commensurate increase in remuneration. Additionally, it is essential to provide incentives for advanced faculty members and to align the system with the actual situation in order to fully leverage its advantages. Finally, it is crucial to guarantee the basic rights and interests of faculty members by ensuring that the system is not overly rigid.
영문 초록
教育家精神的时代背景是“两个结合”,尤其是“第二个结合”。应用型高校的教育家精神既有教育家精神的一般内涵,也有与应用型高校实际情况相符的特殊内涵。在弘扬教育家精神时,应用型高校教师在教学方面特别注重培养学生理论联系实际的思维能力,在科研方面特别注意解决应用型科技研发、技术推广、科学普及等课题,在服务社会方面特别注重联系当地政府、企业和其他社会组织。要继承和弘扬应用型高校教育家精神,教师个人必须加强师德修养;然而,这不仅仅是个人的责任,还需要制度改革提供长期的保障。应用型高校在制度上面临的矛盾主要集中在人事管理的改革创新方面。正确评估传统事业编制和当前各种聘任制,对于应用型高校人事制度改革创新至关重要;这一评估可确保人事制度改革坚持正确的方向,并有助于提出有效的举措。本着自信自立、守正创新的原则,应用型高校在当前和未来的人事制度改革中宜遵循的方向是:可上可下,可进可出;多劳多得,鼓励先进;结合实际,发挥优势;力破五唯,兜底保障。
